Three Pines @ Culburra Beach - 2 minute walk to beach

Relax on the north facing deck and enjoy the ocean views framed by the majestic Norfolk Pines or take the 2 minute walk to the beautiful shoreline of Culburra Beach.

Our dog-friendly house is located in a quiet laneway. It is perfect for couples or up to two families with 3 bedrooms, living/dining/kitchen and two decks upstairs and then a huge rumpus with 4 single beds, TV, lounge, ping pong table and laundry/bathroom downstairs. An added bonus is the basketball hoop in the large driveway.

Enjoy the dog friendly beach where you can have an early morning swim and walk with your dog, enjoy the hot outdoor shower when you return and then sit on the deck admiring the view with your freshly made coffee, while the kids play ping pong downstairs, play cricket on the huge front driveway or ride their bikes in the quiet lane.

At night, listen to the sound of the waves as you fall asleep in freshly painted and carpeted bedrooms upstairs:

- Bed 1 | King bedroom with ocean outlook, ceiling fan, 2 x bedside tables, 2 x lamps, mirror and wardrobe
- Bed 2 | Queen bedroom with ocean outlook, ceiling fan, 2 x bedside tables, 2 x lamps, mirror and wardrobe

- Living | adjacent to dining with a large leather lounge, 2 seater lounge and 2 armchairs, smart TV and air conditioning/heating. Leads to a large front undercover deck where you can enjoy views to the sea and spectacular sunrises, with an outdoor lounge and dining table.
- WIFI included and BYO Netflix, Stan and Spotify.
- Google nest speaker enables you to play your Spotify music or podcasts.
- Ping pong table and basketball hoop.
- A selection of board games and cards are also provided.
- We even provide a dog bed and bowls along with dog towels (near the front door).

We provide 3 toilet rolls per toilet, soap, linen and bath towels and a selection of tea/coffee pods. Items such as oil, soy sauce, paper towel, foil, glad wrap are also provided. We request that you please bring your own beach towels.
Strictly non smoking both inside and outside.

Attractions:
2 minute drive to the local shops including a Woolworths, BWS, cafes, bakery, petrol station and Culburra Bowling Club.

Drive 15 mins to Jervis Bay or 20 mins to Nowra (stop in at Nowra Fresh on your way to Culburra for fresh south coast produce)
Short drive to pick up fresh oysters/prawns at Greenwell Point, or have fish and chips.
Bring your boat or hire a boat and explore the Shoalhaven river or Jervis Bay.
Enjoy fantastic coastal walks, flat bike riding paths, surfing, tennis/golf and of course perfect vantage points for whale watching during migration season between May and November.

The place was clean and tidy and instructions from the owner were helpful and clear. Great access to the beach and lovely area. Pillows were a bit soft - so maybe bring your own!

Lovely Stay

Our short stay was lovely. The house is very comfortable and close to the beach. Unfortunately the neighbour"s in more than one house are extremely noisy which doesn't make for a relaxing quiet holiday especially for the price per night. The beach is beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay in the area again.

Very relaxed beach vibe and house is well appointed with everything you need for humans and dogs! Beach over the road, great options in town and close to some of the best beaches the South Coast has to offer. Owners have thought through everything a family or big group needs and very self-contained. Would highly recommend and will absolutely be back!

Fabulous family getaway with superb location

Exceptionally well-appointed house, immaculately presented with all the extras even Christmas lights and decorations! Location to beach and shops was perfect with ocean views and easy beach access. Pets were very secure and safe with bowls and beds provided. Basketball hoop, tabletennis and large spaces were perfect. Host communication was excellent and check in seamless. Highly recommended and suited our family group perfectly. Would certainly come again.

Great place and town....don't tell anyone!

Stayed here during april school holidays. First time to culburra. We were very happy with our stay. Nice and close to the beach, lovely deck with oven views/glimpses and hear the ocean and I think that made a big indifference. The house has a nice classic south coast feel to it. Not overly flashy but very comfortable well furnished and owner has made everything work well. Reckon we will be back!

Superb family beach house

Our two families absolutely loved our stay at Three Pines. We could not have wanted for more. Excellent position across from the beach. The house was spotless and so comfortable. It was very well equipped - the sharp knives, spare blankets, rice cooker, basketballs, dog towels, plenty of pegs are just some of the thoughtful items that made our stay all the more comfortable. If we weren’t at the beach, the big children spent most of their time downstairs playing basketball or table tennis. Every corner was well utilised. Would definitely stay again. We hope you can have us!

Hi Peter, thank you for allowing us to stay at 3 pines.. we found it neat,tidy and a pleasant house to stay at.. Kitchen clean and well stocked with utensils.. BBQ (my domain)was user friendly Master bed ceiling fan & control good but the bed a tad soft for our preference ..ended up sleeping in spare bedroom... Our fur children enjoyed the their allocated areas downstairs and absolutley loved the beach walks and being introduced to the surf.. we tried to leave the property as we fond it, neat & tidy, but our fur kids did slightly scuff up the back lawn whilst they played in the rain...my apologies.. again thank you ,cheers chris

Great location and perfect for kids and families

My family and I had a great time here. The location is excellent, right across the road from the beach which was perfect for the kids and our dog. The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well set up and had everything we needed. The check in process was seamless and the communication from the host was great. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Everything is Perfect at Three Pines

We were a group of 8 women visiting the Shoalhaven area, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. It is wonderfully set out, with plenty of space, so that we could all be together, but never get in each other's way. Lots of little extras, such as tea, coffee etc, were provided to tide us over on arrival. The house was so clean - not a speck of dust. And Peter was very quick to respond to all communications. All 8 of us agreed that everything was excellent. Thank you, Peter.

A great mix of relaxing on the front balcony with a game or a book and playing basketball/table tennis with the kids! There’s something for everyone, including the dog, and it’s so close to the beach. Peter made the booking and check in/check out process very easy. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Great getaway

Three Pines at Culburra is the perfect holiday for the family. The home is beautifully equiped with little touches such as games, blankets and decorations which enhance this very clean property. All the appointments are great even the Lavazza coffee machine make you feel at home. A short walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the local coffee shop were great.

We loved the house. It's so spacious and comfortable. We found everything that we need it. The kitchen has all appliances. The bedrooms are perfect for a family. They have a nice rumpus room—walking distance from the beach. Also, all that you need for your pet. My family and friends have a good time.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Three Pines @ Culburra Beach. The house is amazingly presented, well located to pet friendly Culburra beach with easy access to shops. The kitchen is very well equipped and beds very comfy. The downstairs area with additional TV, ping pong table, games and basket balls were enjoyed by all. The fully fenced back yard was appreciated for the furry members of our family as were the poo bags, beach towels and dog bowls made available for them.

Lovely holiday house right next to a beautiful beach

We really enjoyed our short stay at Culburra Beach. The house was in a great location so close to the beach and amenities. The house was very comfortable with a great front balcony and back deck. The house hold appliances. Adults and kids had lots of fun playing with the table tennis table and basketball hoop. Since we had a 3 yr old we were weary of him falling down the steep staircase.

We fell in love with Culburra the first time we visited - we love the dog friendly beach, the laidback atmosphere and the friendly locals. The south coast has so much to offer and we are thrilled to own this beachside house.

What makes this property unique

The moment you get out of the car you can hear the ocean and admire the beautiful Norfolk pines in our quiet lane. Heading upstairs you can then enjoy ocean views from the front deck. We love the fact that you can walk one minute through the bush and be on the sand and your dog is always welcome. We hope you enjoy it as much we do!
