The house very clean with modern finishes. It’s always appreciated when there’s the little extras lie dishwasher pods, hand soap, basic spices, aluminum foil and extra TP. Everything worked well and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed using the fire pit and the hot tub. Great weekend getaway!
Wonderful 2 night stay for JMU family weekend. There was plenty of room for our extended family to enjoy and we appreciated the accommodation of a later checkout Sunday after a long game day on Sat. Highly recommend.
Property was perfect; great location, well kept & clean, could tell the owners/managers are meticulous/organized. Perfect weekend getaway with friends & family-- we will definitely stay here again.
Great location! Will definitely be staying here again!
Everything was incredibly clean and looked just like the pictures posted. We had six people and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!!
Wonderful experience. House was clean and loved the hot tub, gas fire pit, huge kitchen, and great sleeping areas and common spaces. Excellent location close to Harrisonburg, Massanutten resort amenities, and even close enough for a day trip to Charlottesville. Loved our stay!
The property was the perfect getaway during a busy JMU graduation weekend. We cooked and grilled for my graduating daughter’s friends one night and chilled out the other nights after grad activities. The location was an easy drive into Harrisonburg and didn’t feel like it was too far out. Bonus was the frequent deer visiting the property.
It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and cozy. By far, exceeded our expectations. The modern design, supplies provided, and location were great. Highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you!
This was our second time staying at this property and enjoyed it even more this time. The location is just perfect and the house is super comfortable. Our young boys have fun with the games and air hockey table. My wife and I enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. We'll look to stay here again in the future.
We came to see my daughter compete at the track & field invitational. Only 20 mins from campus. The property was extremely clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed dinner in the outside seating area and the hot tub as well.

Massanutten Home/JMU Graduation Option
Very beautiful home, definitely recently updated inside. Quiet area but close enough to campus to make it easy to get back and forth. Would highly recommend.
The house was just as if not more beautiful than the picture. My sister and I enjoy our stay. The room was of great size—three full-size bathrooms. We loved the screen in the porch. We were able to enjoy sitting on the porch in the rain. We will come back to the house again for our sister's trip was amazing and relaxing.
Long family ski, snow tube and water park weekend.
This lovely property looks and feels even better in person. The photos do not do it proper justice. Recently updated with thoughtful upgrades and appointments. The hot tub was ready to use when we arrived. We are foodies and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy preparing home cooked meals. One half mile to the slopes and tubing and close to off-site ski rental shop. We more than enjoyed our stay and will be going back again next year for our winter family vacation. Morning sunrises over the Shenandoah Mountains were breathtaking. Highly recommend this property!

It was better than the pictures
My sisters and I enjoyed our stay. It was more beautiful in person. We appreciate every part of the house. It was great to eat on the screened-in porch in the rain. Having three full-size bathrooms was on time. Plenty of space throughout the house. TV in the bedrooms was icing on the cake; many homes in Massanutten do not offer that. The air hockey game was so much fun. We will indeed be using this house again because it was everything we needed and more. The customer service was excellent. Sharon answered every concern we had. She was friendly and quick with her response. Make our trip even better. This house felt like home.
We are looking forward to our trip next year and staying here again.
This was a wonderful place for two families with small children. We took advantage of amenities offered at the resort and used it as a launching point to hike in Shenendoah. Super clean and spacious house!
We enjoyed this home for our 9 family members. The home was like new inside and accommodated us nicely. The driveway is very steep, so if you have a low riding vehicle (family van) be prepared to scrap your undercarriage. Parking elsewhere is a problem. We tried parking in grassy knoll by obeying the rule of "all 4 tires off road," but it was very difficult to find a location nearby that met that rule. Other than that, I would recommend this property and we enjoyed our week at Massanutten.

Fantastic stay!
The house was lovely! Very well appointed. Roomy with fantastic outdoor space. We loved the back deck with hot tub as well as the fire pit on the side deck. The basement was a great retreat for the kids. Very nicely decorated as well. We will be back. Thank you!

Great House and Great Place to Stay
This was our first trip to Massanutten Resort, and where we stay is always important. 3090 Hopkins was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and inviting. The property does have a great view of the mountains and beautiful sunrises out the front windows. The hot tub and screened porch were the perfect places to gather. We loved having the downstairs living room, so the kids could have fun there while the adults gathered upstairs. Any issues we had were addressed right away. We definitely will stay here again.
My family and I had a great stay at this home. It is a great size and had everything we needed. It is close to all of the resort amenities and not too far from Harrisonburg. It met all of our expectations. We'll definitely look into staying there again.
We were looking for a place to stay while we visited nearby parks and recreation, and the house met all our needs.
The mountain views promised in the listing set us up for higher expectations which were not met. (Maybe because the pictures are from a time when the trees/foliage did not block some views?) Nevertheless, the house was clean, had good amenities, and communication with the property manager was great. So I'd definitely recommend the location if great views aren't an absolute must.

Comfort and Beauty!
The house and setting are absolutely gorgeous! The screened in porch was a favorite hangout place. Comfortable seating throughout the well equipped house. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful home and location
The home is beautiful and was very comfortable for eight people. There were thoughtful touches such as a welcome bottle of wine and small toiletries. The property manager, Sharon, was very accessible by phone when we had a minor question. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again in the future.
Our stay at the Massanutten Resort home was wonderful! The home was very clean and comfortable. The size fit our family of seven perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location for our daily trips to the Shenandoah hiking paths.
