The villa is situated in the highly desirable Cape Coral Yacht Club area within min. to downtown Cape Coral with Gulf Access and western exposure views.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large open space that combines the kitchen with its center island, living room and dining room, offering breathtaking views.
Hidden Gem offers western exposure facing canal guaranteeing sun all day, amazing sunsets and direct gulf access with a boat dock and lift. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
The home has a split floor plan with the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the left and the guest bedroom on the right side which gives you plenty of privacy.
The Villa can fit up to 4 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is nice with a great pool overlooking the canal. The layout worked well for us. It’s located where you can walk to multiple restaurants.

Awesome Place to Stay

The property was just as pictured in the ads. Couldn’t have been more happy with it. Property managers were very nice and polite when we had questions. The house had many modern features like appliances and showers but furniture was mid century modern style. Great location. Every location we wanted to go was within 20 minutes in all directions. We were exceptionally happy with the property!

Very nice home in a great neighborhood. You could ride your bike to the stores and restaurants. There isn’t much to do in Cape Coral unless you have a boat or like to fish. Otherwise, the hosts were great but there are lots of rules and lots to remember when you check out

Spring Break Getaway

My husband and I spent a much needed vacation at Hidden Gem. We drove down from Maryland with our two small poodles (loved that the home was pet friendly) and truly relaxed for the entire week. Lounging by the pool was shear heaven. The remodel on this home was beautiful and the decor was light, clean, and crisp. Spent each morning enjoying breakfast sandwiches I made in the fully furnished kitchen on the deck. The attention to all details was spot on! Looking forward to a return in the near future. Thanks Again for sharing this property!

The property overall was nice however when we arrived and opened the door the smell from the glade plug ins was overwhelming. Fragrant plug ins are highly toxic and we immediately had a headache. There were 5 in a very small space. We removed them and had to open doors and windows to air out the strong smell. The shower in the gray bathroom does not get hot enough. Very nice updates but not somewhere we would likely stay again.

Very nice location. LOVED the styling of the home. Everything we could want (would add tissues to the bathrooms). The view was amazing from the pool which was very clean and will look amazing once resurfaced. The Tiki bar down the street had great food and was actually walkable from the house. Especially lived that everything was labeled and easy to find. The upgrades on this house are just amazing.

We did want to let you guys know the grill was very nasty when we went to use it.

We did want to let you guys know the grill was very nasty when we went to use it. Wasn't cleaned from the last time. It's cleaned now though. :) the tub in the spare bathroom was very scummy I'm assuming from the previous back ups. You guys had someone come in during our stay to fix the drain in the tub. Unfortunately it began to stink as well. After they fixed it, no issues. The walls are pretty scummy so it needs a good deep clean. :) the pool never really got warm and I'm pretty sure the "spa setting doesn't work" no biggy for us just wanted to give you a heads up as fellow homeowners. Overall we had a fantastic time and it was a great place to stay and would definitely go back. Thanks again! Everyone was very friendly. Very helpful when we had questions or concerns.

Enjoyed this property very much. Great location. If I were to make just one suggestion, it would be that the lighting switches in the living room, entry, and kitchen area be changed to dimmable switches. Sometimes the lighting is too bright. No other suggestions. Great property! Thank you. I only spoke with Eva. Very satisfied with all communications.
