The entire Island Tower complex has undergone renovations during the Fall and Winter of 2023-24. We are looking forward to sharing everything new and immaculate with our guests!
Island Tower 2101 is an expansive (1,621 sq ft) 3 bedroom, 3 bath escape boasting of ample space, stunning balcony views and an ideal location for your next coastal retreat. Step inside to the welcoming entry way leading you to two of three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed, Smart TV, full ensuite bath, closet and sliding glass doors onto the side balcony. Bedroom #2 features two twin beds, closet and sliding glass door onto the side balcony. In the hallway, there is a full guest bath and laundry room.
As you make your way into the kitchen and living area, you will be drawn in by the floor to ceiling views of sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Even though you are on vacation, you will want to spend some time in this beautiful kitchen with white cabinets, marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Your views while preparing a meal in this fully stocked kitchen with be truly breathtaking.
Watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the living room or step outside to smell the fresh salt air and listen to the waves crash onto the beautiful sandy white shoreline. Just off of the living area is the main bedroom, featuring a king size bed, Smart TV, closet space and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and separate tub. You will also have access to the main balcony from the main bedroom. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in pure serenity.
Onsite amenities for you to enjoy include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness center (on the 4th floor with beautiful views) and a shared outdoor BBQ area.
PARKING: One parking pass is included in the fees portion of your reservation and a second parking pass may be purchased prior to arrival. *No boat trailers, jet ski trailers, motor homes or golf carts are allowed in the parking areas.
*POOL CLOSURES: As of May 1, 2024, the indoor and outdoor pools are NOT OPEN. The pools are scheduled to re-open mid-May. Please inquire for the latest re-opening dates available.

*The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
*SNOWBIRD RATES are available between November and February. Please reach out to us and we would love to talk with you about these monthly rates.
*PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.
