Awesome Beach House, stroll to Town and Beach

Summary:
Our downtown Mount beach house is located on one of the premier road’s in Mount Maunganui – Oceanview Road. Once you’ve parked up you won’t need your car for a couple of days as all the highlights of the Mount are with in strolling distance. With open plan living opening out onto the deck, cool comfy bedroom’s, and modern kitchen you’ll have everything you need for that family or friends break.

The Space:
This awesome apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Enjoy comfy queen beds in two of the bedrooms and bunk beds in the third bedroom. You can confirm with us which bedrooms you want depending on how many many guests you have.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted, and the lounge opens out onto the elevated deck. Enjoy a drink or meal in the afternoon sunshine and some wonderful sunsets.

With off street parking for one vehicle, you’ll be able to park up and stroll to everything. The beach in 2 minutes, downtown shops, bars and restaurants in 4 minutes and the base of Mauao in 15 minutes.

Bringing extra family or friends? We have a studio apartment next door sleeping two guests. There is one shared entrance but both properties have their own front door.

The Neighborhood:
Marvellous Mount Maunganui

A favourite amongst travellers young and old……..a brilliant base for everyone with so much to do and so much to explore….. you’ll be left with wanting more.

Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao.

At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Everyone has the option of taking a leisurely stroll around the flat base. The more adventurous will have fun reaching the top and be rewarded with the spectacular 360-degree views.

Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables…….Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas.

Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Picnic on the grassy shore & watch the fishermen launch their boats and cargo ships come and go.

Head to main beach where new surfers can grab a lesson and watch the more experienced catch a wave or two. If the wind is up the kite surfers will be out in force. Or just chill and enjoy a refreshing swim.

Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses…..Summer or Winter there’s no excuse not to get the clubs out.

For groceries you’ll find an accessible New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and a slick city eatery.

10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema. Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.

Whatever you love to do you will be guaranteed to make fond and lasting memories here in in the marvellous Mount!

Other Things to Note:
There is a studio apartment next door. The first entrance is shared but this house and the apartment have their own separate front door.

Interaction with Guests:
Guest can self check in at their convenience after the specified check in time. Your local property Manager will be available should you need anything.
