"In the heart of Waikiki"....great location just moments from the beach! International Market Place and Duty Free Shoppers within the block....

Unit description:

The unit has an open floor plan. Photos that you see is real using "GoPro Camera". You will notice that the unit floor plan is spacious due to not having a divider wall from bedroom to living room transition.

There is a King size bed and the sofa converts to a small sleeper. We can deliver an air mattress, too.

Full kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. You will also notice that there is a clothes washer in the kitchen (no dryer; go to the laundry room coin operated).

This unit includes Wifi.

The "Wow Factor" is the views! It has a lanai to receive fresh air and enjoy the scenery from this private balcony.

As seen in photos, the Royal Kuhio Hotel has a great recreation deck with pool, sauna, sun deck, billiards and ping pong and even a volleyball/basketball court! Fitness Room and BBQ is also on this floor.

So many shops and eateries in this block...most of which are casual....

Enjoy the "Hawaiian Style" atmosphere at this great location and the Ohana atmosphere at the Royal Kuhio Hotel!

Misleading VRBO Ad

- building was advertized as having a spectacular pool, and huge recreation deck with BBQs. Problem was that pool had been closed for almost a year (and under major reconstruction that won't be finished until at least late 2020), and no BBQs - unit was advertized as a large studio/one bedroom. It was actually a very small studio, looked worn out and in need of total refurbishment - the two single beds advertized were more the size of childrens beds, only suitable for someone around 5 ft. in height. I am 6' and my feet extended over the end of the bed - for a unit advertizing it could sleep 4, there were only 2 forks, 3 knives. Very disappointing.
