KITCHEN & DINING
The modern eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven with gas cooktop, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up for you.
Serve up your meals at the rustic dining space with a stylish wood slab table and chic bench seating that seats up to six guests. Take the stairs up to the top level where you will find the master bedroom equipped with a large queen bed, a wall mounted TV and a lovely chaise lounge by the window. The master bath features a luxuriously inviting full size tub and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.
Perfect for families, the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and twin bunk beds with a second sparkling bathroom across the hall.
The baseball theme continues in the third bedroom downstairs with a full Cardinals queen bed and not to leave out the NHL fans, there is a St. Louis Blues themed fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed and a state champions flag flying proud overhead.

Downstairs is the converted basement that is the ideal teen hangout with a fun rec room with a foosball table, a wall mounted TV and baseball themed décor. Not forgetting the little kids with a little play nook with an activities table and a whole bunch of toys and books to choose from.

The home is located within the historic Soulard District and is walking distance of dozens of local restaurants, bars, and a microbrewery. There is also a grocery store and other amenities such as barbers, pharmacies, etc all close by.
Visitors can enjoy an endless section of entertainment in the Soulard district year-round, including craft beer at International Tap House, oysters and crawfish on the beautifully-landscaped patio at Molly’s in Soulard, homemade cupcakes at Sweet Divine, Irish stew at McGurk’s, and blueberry-flavored margaritas at Chavas Mexican Restaurant.
Take part in Pub Crawls that are held throughout the neighborhood and on the music front, Soulard offers some of the city’s best jazz, blues, folk and rock music options.
With over 30 bars, restaurants and quirky shops that are scattered throughout the narrow tree-lined streets, every one of them has an elaborate outdoor courtyard, patio or sidewalk area from which to enjoy the beautiful historic scenery.
For history buffs, the area plays host to the city’s oldest church and the oldest building and for the brave there are several haunted houses, including The Darkness, located near the former Welsh Baby Carriage factory.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.
St. Louis has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.
EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines.
