About this property
Waiora Portsea beach house
Portsea holidays like they used to be, relaxed, peaceful and full of coastal charm. This well-maintained, original-style holiday home is perfectly positioned in one of Portsea’s most prestigious and tightly held pockets, set in a quiet, unmade no-through road that offers exceptional privacy and tranquility.
The home features a wonderful north-facing deck, ideal for soaking up the sun, enjoying long lunches or unwinding after a day at the beach. With the added bonus of private access directly through to Percy Cerutty Oval, a serene public reserve, complete with tennis courts and a pétanque piste.
Inside, the house is comfortable and practical, with ducted air-conditioning throughout to ensure year-round comfort, and an open wood fire. Accommodation comprises of 1 x bunk bed featuring queen-size mattresses, and 2 queen size beds, perfect for families. Please note the second, newly built bathroom is standalone and separate from the main house, adding convenience while retaining the home’s original character.
The location is hard to beat. Enjoy the luxury of being within easy walking distance of Portsea Village, the iconic Portsea Pier and Fisherman's Beach, all while returning to a peaceful setting away from traffic and crowds.
Bond - payable per booking, exit cleaning fees deducted from bond. All properties let without sheets and towels - sheets and towels available to hire in
