Beautifully designed in a lush coastal setting with the most incredible ocean views, SurfBreak on Seaside is exactly as the name describes it, opposite the surf beaches on the point and calm beaches on the inlet to the lake.

A lot of thought has gone into designing and renovating this amazing property to complement its North facing location and can accommodate 10 guests and designed to be wheelchair friendly. All four bedrooms are beautifully furnished

This home offers complete comfort and absolute luxury for a relaxing getaway. With all new luxurious and comfortable self- contained living, light filled, open plan living & dining with an abundance of glass you will see the ocean from every room.

A front deck beachside will have you relaxing and soaking up the endless ocean and inlet views, ideal for the cocktail hour or that morning cuppa taking in that stunning sunrise light. While the rear spacious outdoor entertaining area and tropical surrounds complete with outdoor shower, BBQ, dining and lounge will leave you feeling like you are in your own private oasis.

The ocean beaches of Dolphin Point are known for having some of the best surf in the area for advanced surfers, and most of this part of the shoreline is relatively untouched and retains its natural bushland beauty. With the beauty of the inlet, lake and surf beach all in one location - paddling, kayaking, boating, surfing and all water activities are at your fingertips.
