About this property

Spa with beautiful view, cozy fireplace - Beach 10 km - Eumundi Markets 6 km

When it’s time for a break from the outside world, this quirky haven on a 3 acre property offers the tranquility you’ve been craving. Soak up the serenity from the generous deck; listen to the wind in the trees from the hammock; play board games amongst pristine nature; watch the Milky Way put on a show; or go out and find your fun. Just 6 minutes to Eumundi Markets or 10 to the beach, this eclectic property offers bountiful beauty, creativity, and zen at your fingertips. Inspections invited.
This property has been offered on other platforms for the past 4 years with great reviews and an average 4.8 out of 5.
Every window enjoys the view from this quirky, open living-style home. Surrounded by lush gardens a dam and ponds you’ll instantly feel like you’ve been transported to the depths of the rainforest, making it the ultimate place to unwind. Inside, the high timber ceilings, antique furniture and eclectic decorations will give you that home-away-from-home feeling, whilst outside you’ll be drawn to the huge veranda complete with a hammock, daybed, and other inviting creature comforts.

It’s a much-loved space that’s been in the making for more than 23 years. It was born from a love for the local area, but has evolved from travel influences from Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, India, and Bali.

The home is ideal for an adult family - 2 couples or a group of 4 - to relax, bliss out, and enjoy one another’s company. With Mallee’s Creek, the dam, and 3 acres of tropical paradise all in your backyard, you’ll have a tough time wanting to leave for the entire weekend.

Though it may feel a million miles away, the home does provide unlimited high speed internet for guests wanting to work, study, reconnect, or simply kick back with a movie. This is a space to relax, enjoy, and unwind; not one to party on the deck and make noise until all hours. If loud music is what you want, this is not the place for you.
The property has 3 residences on the 3 acres, you will have access to 2 of the 3 acres and areas private to you.

Wonderful escape and unique stay
Caz was such a lovely host. She greeted us upon arrival and got us sorted for our stay. Her place is private, surrounded by beautiful gardens and bush but close to local conveniences and tourist attractions. We had such a relaxing weekend away and would definitely recommend Caz’s place for a special little getaway. Thanks for hosting us 😀

Glorious garden setting.
This property offers the most wonderful setting, with expansive lawn, mature tropical gardens, and a view of creek and forest beyond. It is alive only with the sounds of diverse birdlife, tucked close to the end of a no through road, in a quiet residential/farming pocket west of Noosa. It’s semi rural feel though doesn’t mean it’s remote, with easy access to coffeehouses, restaurants and hotels, as well as grocery outlets and specialty shopping, all close at hand (within 10mins drive east or west on the Noosa-eumundi road). The bad luck of an extreme heatwave couldn’t diminish our enjoyment of the setting, and when forced indoors fans and air conditioning provided respite. Thanks for a delightful venue for a short stay.

Idyllic, personal report.
A touch of paradise, nurturing, pampering and stimulating. Caz has crafted a quirky beauty inside and outside with an orchestra of birds and frogs. It will surpass your expectations and your host Caz will add to the experience when needed.

Amazing!
The photos don’t do this amazing property justice. We had the most relaxing 2 nights away with friends, enjoying the beautiful gardens and deck during the day and the fireplace at night. Caz is a great host, communication was great and she has put so much care and attention into everything. We will definitely be coming back to this little oasis of tranquility!

Comfortable, relaxed surroundings
Sitting on the deck listening to the wildlife and watching the sun set behind the trees. From the moment we stepped into the house we felt instantly relaxed. The home is very welcoming and well-appointed. There are blankets to sit out on the veranda at night or by the fireplace, inside and outside dining options and the spa in the bathroom easily fits two for a relaxing bath. Next time we will book a few more nights! Highly recommend if you need a city break and need to unwind.
