Fun House Indeed

The house is very adaptable to gatherings and entertainment for all ages. Ping pong and jukebox got some good use, as did the outdoors. We had two dogs and they figured out the doggy doors quickly, making them easy to manage in a new space. Thank you!

Absolutely Perfect!

This home was equipped with everything you needed and more! The home was very clean and organized. They thought about everything and it was very nice to feel like we were at home and did not need to leave for supplies every day. The yard is huge and our dog loved it. We got to see some beautiful deer behind the property as well. The game room was amazing and well thought out! It is an older property, but very well maintained.

Great potential, needs some updating

The house was in a good location with easy downtown access. The garage rec room was fun for the family! We found the beds to be old and uncomfortable, need some updating. There were bugs everywhere. Windows and screens had openings which allowed bugs to come in. Our kids were uncomfortable with some of the decor, lots of topless women figurines and paintings.

Nice home and location…

The home itself is fine and in a nice location. The only issue I had is with the quality of the furniture and overall cleanliness. The cleaning crew worked hard, but there are things they just can’t make work. Some of the furniture in the main area, game room/garage, and patio are in serious need of replacement. This made it difficult for the 5 of us to relax in the same area… with some new couches and patio furniture, this could be a nice place to stay!

What a Great House

We rented this house for MLK weekend. There were 4 of us, mother, father, daughter, son-in-law and 2 dogs. The house is very well appointed. Next time I’ll just stop at Fry’s which is on the corner. Location is terrific. Close to everything. Great restaurants, breweries, shopping and Lowell Observatory. Perfect set up with the 2 king bedrooms and 2 full baths. The dogs had a fenced in yard and they loved the snow. Mine is a Siberian Husky rescued from Puerto Rico and it was her first time seeing snow. It was a huge hit. The fireplace was nice to have and there really isn’t anything that’s missing. We definitely will be back.

Great House

Visited Flagstaff with family and friends for the North Pole Experience and the holiday parade. This house was so perfect! The neighborhood is really nice. The house sits a little back from the road and the kids were so excited that it had some holiday lights. The home itself is super cozy. The kids absolutely loved the garage/game room. They loved the jukebox and ping pong. They played darts and all kinds of games. The owners thought of everything. Inside it was the same, nothing was missed. They had 3 different coffee makers, a tea kettle, every dish or cooking utensil you could need. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathroom were well stocked. I was so excited that there was a fire pit outback. Everything about the house was just perfect!

Even w GPS it was hard to find the house initially as it is set FAR back in cup from sac at nighttime we missed it . My 11 year old missed it while he was scootering around the neighborhood but nice neighbors called me to get him

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The neighborhood was very nice and close to everything. Our teenage son loved hanging out in the garage. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Things were labeled and organized. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: Beautiful. Very well stocked. Thoughtful signs and stickers throughout home to advise on tricky things. Great driveway parking. Convenient and beautiful location. Enclosed backyard perfect for pets. Very well set up to entertain. Cons: no air conditioning and it gets hot in the summer (our stay early June), subjective but found all the living room seating to be very uncomfortable. In sum, would stay here again!
