Beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for your weekend getaway or an extended stay for a memorable family vacation. This home is within 1 block of the Flagstaff Urban Trail system for hiking and biking. It is a short 5 minute drive to the NAU campus and 10 minutes to many fabulous restaurants and shopping in Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Also within close driving distances are Bearizona, Meteor Crater, Williams, Grand Canyon National Park, Jerome and beautiful Sedona. If you love the outdoors Flagstaff has wonderful mountain biking and hiking. In the winter enjoy sledding and skiing at Arizona Snowbowl. Also a great location for visiting during Christmas season with easy access to the highway to get to the Polar Express and the North Pole Experience.

Our home is wonderful for a complete family getaway. The home offers a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in 1st floor bedroom and in 2nd bedroom upstairs. 3rd bedroom upstairs has a twin over full bunk bed for the kids plus blu-Ray/DVD player and T.V. There is a full bedroom and bathroom on each floor and in the master bedroom. The living room has a gas fire place with a 86" HD flat scene smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, and four giant sliding patio doors for a beautiful view of the pine trees. Enjoy the large backyard with gazebo and gas firepit, patio, BBQ grill and turf pads for cornhole.

Beautiful spacious house

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults, 5 kids visiting Flagstaff for a soccer tournament. It was centrally located between the soccer fields and was less expensive for each family than 2 nights in a hotel. We enjoyed the fire pit outdoors on both evenings and the kids loved all the room they had (no stuffy hotel rooms). And soooo nice to have a kitchen which saved us on eating out. We definitely recommend this property and given the opportunity will stay here again. Thanks Tibetts for the use of your beautiful home.

Polar Express trip

This property is exactly as stated. It was perfect for our extended family of 7 Adults and 3 small children. Great location to get to Williams for our Polar Express adventure. Easy to get to downtown Flag. for some window shopping and lunch. Easy access on/off of I-17. Owner was great at communication, and the house was clean, in a safe neighborhood and easy to find. Close to grocery shopping so we could get food to cook. Well stocked kitchen with pans, pots, mugs, glasses, silverware, griddle, pretty much everything you need, clean bathrooms, everything worked with no issues. Kiddos loved the trampoline, even in the cold! Fireplace was a hit with all. Would definately rent again. Thanks!

Beautiful home in Great neighborhood!

We loved the place! The home was clean and fully stocked with all we needed. It is close to town. The neighborhood had a friendly group of kids for ours to play with. We would definitely stay here again! Only issue was accuracy of online listing. There are 2 trampolines in the picture of the back yard. Those are NOT part of the home. It just needs to be said online.

Great House

Trent was great with communication and the check in was easy. House is exactly as pictured. This place was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids. The bunk beds were a hit. The house is in a great location. Easy to get to Sedona, the Grand Canyone or downtown Flag. I highly recommend this place.

We had 10 people (3 Adults and 7 Children) here for a fun ski/tubing weekend. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is so clean and with modern finishes. The owner hasn't left any detail out- fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, great linens, comfy beds and coffee are all available to make your stay extra nice. Plenty of room for 10 and the master closet and bathroom are HUGE! Trent checked in with us on the first day to make sure everything was ok. Great, quiet neighborhood and it's close to all the restaurants and I-40. Will definitely book here again!

Lovely home, nicely decorated with all the amenities. Nice area and close to everything we wanted to do. Well maintained property. Wish it had a/c but with the fans going it worked out. It was nice to be able to sleep with the windows open and smell the pine trees and hear the leaves rustling. We ate meals in the nice dining area and out in the patio. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in this rental home. The house is beautiful, everything is new and extremely clean. It is very spacious and had all the supplies we needed. The neighborhood is very nice, the neighbors are all so friendly and there are walking/hiking paths right down the street. The house does not have AC, it was a little warm in the afternoon, especially upstairs but cools down quickly at night with the windows open. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.

Great family vacation rental

We planned a family vacation to see the Grand Canyon and Sedona, and we were looking for a place in between to stay. This house was perfect. It’s spacious, in a great neighborhood, close to the interstate, and it had all the amenities of home. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a BBQ grill too. The bathrooms also had travel sized shampoos in case we needed them. We had a question during our stay and the owner was very quick to respond. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect High Country Retreat

My cousins came in town from Hawaii so their oldest daughter could take a tour of the NAU campus. This house was perfect for all 9 of us (4 adults and 5 children). It had everything we needed to keep us happy (warm gas fireplace, spacious bedrooms, multiple tv's, board games and a few dvd's). We will definitely be returning for another visit!

Beautiful Home, Convenient Location

I rented the home for a week long vacation with my family (we were a group of 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids) and we were blown away. The house is much more spacious than the photos would suggest. Its also gorgeous and we all enjoyed our stay. Some vacation houses can be just that. I'm glad to say that this house ended up becoming a home and we're so happy we had a chance to spend our vacation there. Trent, the owner, is very kind and was nice enough to indulge a request I made towards the end of our stay. I didn't get a chance to meet him, but his actions were more than enough to cement the high opinion we have of him.

This is a wonderful home.

We came to Flagstaff for a family wedding and with 7 people coming and going this was the perfect location to stay. The home is clean and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen and baths. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the sunny back patio. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Beautiful home - Can't wait to stay again!

This property was fantastic. Super close to amenities yet a beautiful view of the mountain forests. We booked our home for my wife's graduation in December and had absolutely no regrets! The house has spacious bedrooms rooms and an inviting living space/kitchen. The homeowner is very helpful and truly seeks to make your stay awesome. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious, yet cozy, with a beautiful view of the snow covered forest. Everything was well equipped along with lots of games for the whole family. The location was excellent. Close enough to town and skiing/sledding, but not too remote. Only thing we couldn't get working was the fire pit which was a little bit of a bummer because we were all ready for s'mores in the snow. All in all we loved the house and would not hesitate to stay again if we are ever in the area!

After spending many summers camping in the northern Arizona area to escape the heat of Lake Havasu, our family fell in love with Flagstaff. My wife and I decided that we would eventually like to have a retirement home in the cool pines. Well the opportunity to buy a lot with views of the trees came before retirement so our new vacation home can be yours also.

Why they chose this property

I wanted a cabin, my wife wanted a house in town. We built this home as great compromise. Located in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and downtown, it has the comforts of new construction, new furniture, paved roads, and rustic new cabin decor and a back yard that opens out to the trees that we love so much.
