Great home away from home

We stayed at this house for two weeks during the National Sunshine Series at the horse park. Great location, wonderful amenities, and very clean. Will definitely look to stay here again.

The host was very welcoming and supplied valuable information before we arrived. There was additional there when we arrived. The house was well supplied and everything was clearly marked. The house was well furnished and very clean, which we really appreciated. We would stay there again.

The house was wonderful; property manager was awesome, great house and the location was exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay again and refer it to my friends. If we are in the area I would want to stay in the same gated area.

Beautiful and spacious home

This house was perfect for a small Christmas dinner gathering with my two stepsons and their partners for the holidays. The kitchen is spacious with efficient appliances and the front room is comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

Nice Spot

It was a nice spot. Plenty of space and the giant couch was a great place to hang out with friends. Nice patio, and very easy check in. One bummer is that the town has nothing, so not the place to go if you plan on eating out, unless you want to drive back to Palm Springs area, also it is a drive to the pool/hot tub. But we really enjoyed the hot tub and it was never crowded.

The property was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The property was quite spacious and nicely furnished. There were more than usual supplies in the kitchen.

Great location

We stayed at this same house 2 yrs ago for the dog show. Great location in a safe gated community, nice large house w/garage access. Fully fenced yard facing the golf course. Biggest concern were the many spiny cactus in the back yard, which could take out a small child or pet's eye in a heartbeat. Minor things could use attention such as: burned out light bulbs, curled up area rugs (trip hazard), dead plants in yard, pond was empty this time (no water flow), frig needs new water filter and only 2 wine glasses provided.

Oasis near Coachella festival grounds

Great house, everything we needed for a wonderful stay was provided by the homeowners! Right down to every last detail. Beautiful house, community pool, ease of check in and access. Awesome yard backed up to a golf course. We were attending a music festival at the same location as Coachella Festival and it’s within walking distance. We drove to the festival one night and the walk from parking was longer then walk from the house location Had a great time and would DEFINITELY stay here again for any reason if coming to the Indio/Palm Desert area. Walmart less then a 3 minute drive

Great spot in Indio

Very will situated home in Indio with nice open living/dining kitchen for family activity. Nice amenities outside and a garage for 2 cars. Kitchen is pretty well stocked, but bring your own utensils if you are going to cook or have wine (no potato masher, corkscrew, beaters...) Plenty of bedding and the living room couch is very comfortable for socializing. Cable, internet... all great. I never received a response from my inquiry as to how well the kitchen was stocked so I brought my own items for my needs and it was good that I did.

Just Ok

This house is just OK. The check in process was confusing as there are 2 entrances and of course we went to the wrong one and had to back out of the gate. On the 4th day of our 7 day stay we were given a pass to scan at the main gate. The keyless entry to the house worked well.The furniture is dated especially the dining room seating bench and chairs and outdoor furniture. And for you private bathroom people there is no door on the bathroom in the main bedroom. It is clear in the pictures but I didn't notice it. The beds were comfortable.The kitchen is nice but doesn't have any wine glasses and only cutlery for 4 although this is a 3 BR house. There are lots of towels, sheets and blankets and it has a good fridge and stove and coffee maker.We requested a late check out and it is 25 per hour

Great property for pets

Good: fully fenced back yard, bed, bathroom lighting, shower, garage access, labels on the light switches (very helpful), plenty of linens and towels, nicely appointed, one level home, quiet neighborhood in gated community. Needs improvement: need DETAILED instructions and photos in Welcome book for the Smart TV and HVAC system operation. Would definitely stay here again.

Indio- our short stay

Our stay was too short in this very nice home. Over the years we have stayed in many homes through VRBO and found this home to be the best. Just a small inconvenience was the lack of easy access to local TV channels.
