- The property is close to a low-clearance bridge for access to the springs. Most deck boats, pontoons, and boats without towers will fit underneath the bridge. Depending on tide, clearance ranges from 72' to 80'. If you have a boat with a fixed top or T-top, you will not be able to access the property from the waterway
- You can tie your boat up at the property at the dock/boat slip
- There is a low bridge you need to clear to get to the main channel on Homosassa Springs. On this canal, the maximum length would be 24 feet
- The upstairs fireplace will be out of order until late summer
