This one storey house has 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms

Thanks for your review, in regarding to mistakenly booked this property, it was not mistaken because u sent me multiple inquiries message before booking and you could not booked it thru other website so I have to refer you to this website to book. The house rules and cancelation policy always appear before You can go ahead to confirm this last minute booking with strict cancellation policy at that time. Professional cleaner cleaned this property in the morning before you arrive, pest control was done last month, after check in you have never mentioned the house dirty or cockroaches. I tried to contact you after reading this review to get pictures as if what you said was true, we need to improve at our end but You did not give me any evidence or pics. We have many good reviews and don’t have complaints. If there is any maintenance or cleaning issue, we take action to correct it straight away as this is important for our business. When you called re security key, I gave it to you and you said it was not provided but I just try to tell you where it was sent to you before arrival, there was no rudeness as customer come first. Also you booked for only 5 guest and came in full van with more people without paying for extra guest fee which you did not mentioned on this review, we feel like this property was used and abused by giving incorrect information .
