Large tastefully Upgraded Cottage with 2 Decks, 2 Bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double, 3 Bunk Beds. Open concept Combination Kitchen, Living Rm & Dining Rm + 1 & 1/2 Bath.
Huge 2 Fully Furnished Decks: Sleeps upto 8 people very Comfortably. Fabulous Inground Pool, Kiddie's Splash Patch, Tennis & Basket Ball court, Play Grouund & Gym. Paid Laundry. Close to Peterboroug for all you essential purchases!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check in at 4 PM & Checkout at 11 AM. All Garbage - must be taken to the Main Building-Otherwise Fee of $50 from your Deposit will be deducted. WI FI: Nexicom 6AOA Code: kYS4swUWPY
Lock Box code will be provided on the day of Check in & Key must be returned back into the L/B after locking & upon Leaving.
All Cushions from the back must be brought in during nights & Chairs around Fire Pit to be brought back on Deck during Night
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Copy of Drivers License is required Full Rental Application must be dated, signed and emailed back to the Owners minimum 3 weeks before rental date.
All Nightly Charges includes Taxes. Returnable Deposit $500 at the time of booking. It's retuned as long NO major damages to the Cottage and/orChattle

Waterfront cottage

We had a terrific time at Sue’s cottage. It is located conveniently near everything in the neighborhood. It’s right by the water and the beach and less than 5 min walk to the pool, playground, gym and the basketball court. We had all our meals at the back deck with views of the water and had smores on the firepit at night. There were also available kayaks and a canoe free for use and there was also an option to rent out boats for fishing. Sue was a great host. She was very thoughtful to allow us to stay longer because we had a rainy day during our stay. She contacted us the day of our checkout to ask if we wanted to stay longer as she had one free day. Overall, we had an amazing time. Thank you again Sue for letting us stay in your cottage.
