The property was modernly decorated and clean. Many extras to make the stay comfortable were provided. I was able to contact someone right away about a question I had to ask.
Close proximity to town was nice but neighborhood was a little iffy. Neighbors dogs barked a lot. Beds could be a little more comfortable, the bed in the master seemed like I was sleeping downhill, I had to sleep backwards on it. The kitchen was well equipped and it was a very cute place.
This house worked great for our family with just a few exceptions. Wish the living room was larger, plus both showers needed soap. Very convenient to train.

Nice location, Neighborhood okay
It was located in a very convenient place, the neighborhood wasn't the greatest and there's no yard. Home had a very nice esthetic but the beds/couch were uncomfortable and the rugs/floors were in need of vacuuming (hair matted into the rugs and tufts of hair from the previous renters was left floating around).

Hi Alison, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the location convenient and appreciated the home’s aesthetic, but we’re sorry that your experience didn’t meet expectations in other areas. We followed up with the homeowner, and they wanted to share the following:-The homeowner apologizes for the discomfort you experienced with the beds and couch. They will review the furniture to see if any updates or adjustments can be made to enhance guest comfort.-Regarding the cleanliness concerns, the homeowner acknowledges that the cleaning crew may have missed some areas due to the fast turnovers during a busy season. In response to your feedback, they blocked out several days last week for maintenance and a deep cleaning to ensure the property is in top shape for future guests. We appreciate your insights and are committed to making the necessary improvements. Thank you again for your review, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide a better experience in the future!
My mom, sisters and brother in law were able to stay a few nights in the cute little place. It had everything we needed. Great location! It had enough space for us all to enjoy. Didn’t want for anything while we were there. The bathroom towels and linens were nice and clean and quality. You can tell the owners want you to be comfortable.
In past reviews, there was complaints of cat, urine smell. There was no bad odors during our stay. The problem with the cat odor must have been taken care of. I would recommend this place!
Our group was 4 adults, and 3 children. We had a wonderful time at this very clean and well put together home. We were to explore Williams, the surrounding areas and ultimately, the Grand Canyon. The location was perfect. It is close to everything that Williams has to offer, as well as a great base camp to travel to the Grand Canyon. The home itself provided everything that one may need. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The bathrooms provided necessary toiletries and more. Centra air conditioning worked as it should. I never needed to speak to the host during the stay, as everything ran smoothly and efficiently. I did however send a text when we were checking out. The host, 'L', was polite, courteous and very quick to respond. THANK YOU!! 10 out of 10 experience. Would definitely stay again.
Started out poor when we arrived at 3:45 pm and the cleaning lady was still there. Check in is 3:00 pm so we rang doorbell and after a minute she came to door. It seemed she was watching TV. The house was NOT clean. Floors were dirty, hair on carpet, dust bunnies under beds, The beds are Junk and not very comfortable and the couch was even worse ! Finally garbage disposal does not work and bad odor at kitchen sink. It could be really nice with new furniture and better cleaning staff.

Hi Patricia, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- This is a very busy season with frequent same-day turnovers, and while our cleaners do their best to have everything ready, timing can depend on how the previous guests left the home. We've reminded our team to stay as efficient as possible.- Based on your feedback, we're in the process of replacing all the throw rugs and have scheduled a full deep clean of the home—not just a standard turnover.- We reached out during your stay about the garbage disposal to coordinate a repair but didn’t hear back. Our plumber was able to resolve the issue quickly after check-out.- While comfort preferences can vary, we appreciate your comments about the mattresses and couch and are keeping them in mind for future updates. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!

Grand Canyon trip
The home was clean and ready for us. There was a strong smell of cats outside and they had the landscaper come and spray something that did work. We could not figure out the heat/air control but is was cool enough to open windows once the cat smell was gone. I could have called, but windows did the trick.
Nice remodel! Cute decorations. There should be more seating to accommodate 7 people. It worked great for us. I suggest putting more towel hooks in the bathrooms.
Close enough to walk to everything.... Safeway real close for groceries.
Cute town lots of restaurants and shops.
The house is nice and all but the 2 main reasons that I’m only giving it a 3 star are:
1. When we arrived, the trash bin outside was tipped over and the trash was spilled. There was also a used q tip we found on the rug as we walked in (I have photos of both).
2. It’s not dog friendly. There’s no close area of parched grass and the neighbors’ dogs are off-leash in their front yard.

Sharah, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
Owner's response: "Sharah, We're sorry that you had a couple of issues while at the property, had you reached out to us we would have happily done what we good to remedy these and make things right. We are available for all our guests and can be reached by phone, email, or text.
- We take cleanliness very seriously and apologize for the Q-tip you found when you arrived, we will talk with the cleaning crew to ensure they do a more diligent job with cleaning. We are also planning on having them do a deep clean very soon
- Regarding the trash cans, we live close to the forest and we have our share of Mother Nature's critters stop by to pillage. There are raccoons, bears, javelina, and bobcats who make their way into the neighborhoods to scour for yummy treats. We would have been happy to come out and clean it up for you, we're sorry for the inconvenience
- We are a dog-friendly location, we can't control what the neighbors do with their dogs, we have contacted animal control to make them aware of the situation. We have not seen them off the leash and they are always fenced in
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

Great location
This house is super close to Rte 66 and has the potential to be a 5 star property. Unfortunately, there was an overwhelming cat odor upon entering the home. It was so overwhelming it made us uncomfortable staying and relaxing inside the property. We notified the local contact and they claimed the issue was a bench on the back porch that has been used by the stray cats in the neighborhood. I hope the issue is remedied for future guests but unfortunately for us and our cat allergies we couldn’t enjoy the property, which is a shame because they’ve obviously spent a lot of attention to making it very inviting and comfortable. The amenities were nice and the interior was updated which made it nice in that regard. I would love to recommend the property but unfortunately would have to caution any guests with an allergy to cats to book this property.

Owner's response: "Sara, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
- We appreciate you letting us know about the cat odor. We have taken care of the situation by removing the bench in the back, we pressure-washed the home with a solution to clean anything that was sprayed. We have sprinkled cat repellent solutions all around the property in an attempt to keep stray cats away. We cleaned the windows inside and out and they also use a repellant solution as a second line of defense. We will continue to use the repellent every couple of weeks on the property.
- We hoped the refund given would have helped with the inconvenience.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."
The property was extremely clean with ample supplies. I would stay here again.

Great respite
We took the Train to the Grand Canyon, and spent a full day at Beararizona. Fell in love with the beauty and country charm of Williams. Our home was cute, had the essentials, clean...but Dogs large and barking all around us. Of course the were fenced in, but didn't feel really comfortable in the area. But just 2 blocks any direction much nicer neighborhoid. All in all great for our group and we were gone all days and then had a clean space to rest our heads....
Good experience over-all and my 1st time using a VRBO.
