Entering the condo you will be immediately met with sunny, open concept living. The eat-in kitchen provides ample space to cook up a feast, with 3 seats at the peninsula so that meal prep can be a social affair. Dining seating for 4 more people is close by. The bright, open floor plan will draw you naturally towards the living area (with fireplace and large flat screen TV) and expansive balcony. Sliding door access to the balcony in 2 of the bedrooms allows perfectly for indoor/outdoor living, or even just to let an evening breeze flow through.

The first bedroom you'll encounter off of the living area features a queen bed and its own TV, as well as views of the south side of the valley and the mountain ranges that Canmore is known for. On the other side of the living area is a den with a bunk bed (twin over double beds), TV, and sliding door access to the balcony. The 3rd and final bedroom is the Master, tucked a little bit away from the living area. This spacious master suite features a king bed, TV, sliding door access to the balcony, and a private en suite with soaker tub.

This condo has room enough for everyone to spread out, but has been designed with spaces that bring everyone together. It perfectly suits a family, or friends travelling together.

Overall a nice stay. The condo was not especially clean. The grill did not work. Appliances were older and the stove was not great. There was construction close to the condo with noise that was present throughout the stay. I think this is something that potential guests should know prior to booking.

Lovely

Amazing!

Our family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) loved this rental. It’s very clean, spacious enough, comfortable beds, everything you need on-site. The pool and hot tub are great. The parking is great. Nice coffee shop onsite. Easy walk to a few restaurants- very quick drive to downtown Canmore and Safeway for groceries. We have no complaints- there are mountains everywhere you turn! It’s beautiful!!

Family adventure in the rockies

Amazing View

Place has an amazing view. Lots of room and fantastic views of the Rockies. Very spacious Comfortable beds. Tv in every room. One thing to note is that only the living room tv is a smart tv (Netflix, Amazon etc). Would love to stay there again.

Gorgeous Suite, Amazing View

This suite is soo gorgeous! The view is even better in real life. Rocky rentals was easy to deal with - super responsive and even called to check if we settled in ok or had any questions. The hot tub and pool were clean! Lots of towels! Comfy balcony furniture so you can sit outside and enjoy the view. Thanks for a great stay! Will definitely be back!

Tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean suite in Stoneridge Mountain Resort (Stoneridge 303). Appointed with everything you need for a great family vacation ... well-stocked kitchen, board games, Amazon Firestick, comfy beds etc. Amazing views from all rooms and particularly the spacious deck. Lovely pool and hot tub area. Easy walk into town. Team at Rockies Rentals are super helpful, professional from reservations all the way through to checkout and do their best to make sure your stay is a great one. Stay at 303 Stoneridge in Canmore

The views of the mountains were great. Happy it had air conditioning as it was 31 degrees in September. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and everything looked like the photos did online. Cupboards were stocked with all the supplies and things like oil, spices and coffee supplies were available also. Email instructions were easy to follow to enter the building and condo.

This was everything we had hoped for. Would definitely like to visit this area of the country again and would not hesitate to return to 303 Sunridge. Only complaint (if you can call it that) could not locate complimentary bear spray. Other than that thumbs up all around from our group..

Family vacation

This property was everything we needed for a comfortable stay and vacation. We liked having the toiletries stocked, the kitchen pantry stocked and plenty of towels and linens. Being able to borrow a park pass and bear spray was a nice added bonus and saved us additional money. Canmore is great location. It is a little less crowded and hectic compared to Banff yet still convenient for all our excursions. The only downside was the traffic and train noise heard in the guest bedroom. My son and daughter in law had ear plugs and needed them at night since they wanted their window open. This was a minor concern.

Great home base for our Banff and Lake Louise vacation

The condo was spacious with plenty of room for my husband and me and our two adult children. (It could have comfortably held more people.) The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked as compared with other rentals. And the beds were really comfortable. Hot tub was great, though the gym was small. Views were spectacular, and there was a herd of elk hanging out below our window one morning. The heated garage was welcome as we’re were there during ski season It did take the property manager several days to respond to an email (after they didn’t answer the phone). Happily it wasn’t a significant issue (the safe was locked when we arrived). It would be a bit of a walk to downtown Canmore, but it’s a quick drive. And we found Canmore to be a fun town with easy access to the park. We would stay there again. — maybe try summer next time.

Wonderful family friendly condo

Our family of five stayed here during a trip to the Rockies. The condo served as a wonderful base for our day trips. It had a fully stocked kitchen and was wonderful to cook our own meals and pack picnic lunches for our adventures. The pool was warmer than expected and even though days were in the 60s, we swam in the pool and used the hot tub every day! That amenity was very appreciated! Having two bathrooms was wonderful for our family and we did laundry as well! The deck had lovely views of the Three Sisters Mountains and we sat outside several nights just enjoying the air. We also used the grill which was in great condition. Rockies Rentals were great hosts. We borrowed bear spray for free from their main office and returned it the night before we left. They stocked the kitchen with basics like salt, pepper, flour, oil, spices, etc which was also great so we didn't have to buy those essentials. They were very friendly and I would use them again! My only complaint was that the train came by just across the street very frequently and did wake me up in the morning twice. Keeping the windows open amplified the sound. Otherwise, we truly had a wonderful stay and would definitely use Rockies Rentals again!!

A spacious, calm space for us to unwind in the evenings after adventuring all day in the Rockies! Fabulous views from the windows and on the balcony. We had an issue with the BBQ grill but Charla sent someone over the very day I mentioned the issue & we were able to use the grill that evening! A wonderful stay.
