This Private home is sure to impress, built in 2019 you will enjoy your own private entrance and the privacy of your own place.

The Entire home is like the ultimate in spa-like luxury! Relax and rejuvenate. The bedrooms have been decorated with modern decor, top of the line Tempur Pedic mattresses throughout and in the living area enjoy a 50" Roku Smart TV, equipped with Netflix, Hulu, amazon prime video and so much more.

You will have full access to the entire home, garage, back patio, 2 Master Suites with their own ensuite bathrooms 1 room having a king bed and the other having a queen bed, additionally the 3rd room has a queen over queen bed setup with its own full bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen.

We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary, you can come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact should you need or want anything. I am available via the platforms message system or text at any time!

House Rules and Important Notices:

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premise of this home and any report of or violation of our smoking policy will result in a fine of $500.

Pet Policy:
We love animals and *house-trained dogs are allowed to stay in this home with the added pet charges you'll find in the reservation process which is $50 for 1 dog and $115 for 2 dogs. We hope they'll be just as comfortable as you throughout your trip and hope the enclosed backyard can be a good additional place for them to explore and play during your stay. Our cleaners do take detailed note of the conditions and any damages done within the home after each guests departure. If there are any *damages, or accidents within the home due to pet visits, there will be an additional damage charge sent to the party responsible.

Quick visit to Boise

We were in town visiting relatives. The property was perfect; clean and homey feeling with a quiet neighborhood. Location is ideal for access to all of Boise. We will definitely return on future trips back to Boise.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, well supplied, and convenient to all of Boise. Pet friendly and easy to access. Had a leaky faucet, reported it and it was fixed promptly. Not sure we will ever have the need to travel to Boise again but would definitely book this property if we were to return.
