A renovated self-contained guest suite close to the beach

Suitable for singles, couples or small families and only 900 metres walk or 2 min drive to the beautiful, peaceful Warnbro beach.

Guests can share use of our 60,000-litre palm-fringed pool and outside dining area.

Suite has a private entrance and comprises of living room, dining room/kitchenette, bedroom with queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.

The guest suite is separated from the rest of the house by solid, locked doors. So you have complete privacy, but we are available, if required, for friendly advice or assistance at any time. We will try and accommodate any special requirements.

Great place to stay

Great property, very clean and had everything you need for a great stay, comy bed, great shower and some toiletries. Jim was very knowledgable on the area. Pool was brilliant on a hot day. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We loved our stay. The property was the perfect base for Rockingham, Point Peron, and Safety Bay activities. There's a beautiful tranquil area out back, with a pool, that was wonderful after a busy day. Jim was a considerate host, always helpful but very respectful of our privacy. Now I know about this gem I very much hope to visit again, but for longer next time.

Excellent self contained place and a very attentive and generous host who made me feel very welcome. There are plenty of facilities for an extended stay in a great neighbourhood, plus a great beach just around the corner.

Home from home

Just what we needed, first class residential accommodation in a quiet area but within easy reach of the beach and shops. It was clean and well equipped. It felt like home. The host was very friendly and eager to please. We would highly recommend it to others.

Could not of asked for a better place to stay. Flights were delayed by nearly 12hrs, when contacting the owner to arrange key collection he could not of been more helpful even offered to grab some essentials for us. The place itself is clean tidy and has everything you need in it and then some. It’s a beautiful property and very comfortable perfect for two people or on your own. Will definitely be back next time we are in Perth

You could not do better than to choose this lovely apartment

Our 2-week stay here was extremely enjoyable. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very well laid out, attractively decorated, bright and extremely comfortable. Your every possible need seems to have been anticipated by this host. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering, and the owner generously allows the guests to use his BBQ in the charming back garden. The pool is also available for guests to use. Its location is perfect for shopping, tourist attractions and visits to local beaches. All in all, this is a wonderfully located yet peaceful choice and definitely deserves its five stars !

All that we needed

We were looking for somewhere to relax for a few days after a flight from the UK. This fitted the bill for us. We had a car and visited the pristine local beaches and other local attractions as we acclimatised. The shops and the Warnbro Tavern are a short drive. Jim was very aproachable but kept a low profile unless needed. The pool is great after a hot day. We were very happy with our choice.

A fabulous place to stay

The accommodation was everything I wanted and Jim is a great host. Clean, tidy, great amenities, close to a beautiful beach and also a shopping centre. A short drive to Rockingham and you find great eateries and other shops. Jim is sociable but gives you your privacy. He is also easily available if there's anything you need.

We had a lovely stay at Jim's property. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I felt like we had enough privacy and space. The space is a fully self-contained apartment at the front of the property, so it was just perfect for myself and my child. The beach walk is short and cuts through a park, so it's easy to do with kids and the neighbourhood feels quite safe and relaxed. Thank you so much for having us, Jim! Hopefully we will be able to come back soon.

Why they chose this property

We love that it is close to the immaculate white sands of Warnbro beach and the 12 km cycle path that runs alongside the sea. The house has a good-sized pool, and is conveniently located for shopping and transport links north to Perth and south to Mandurah.
