2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Was freezing. No instructions on how to work tv. Was told to use my own Netflix. Not enough water or toilet paper. Asked for blankets and was refused. Booked transport through Vrbo and they don’t understand messages. Rearranged pick up for 4 pm in December and they came at 11. Had to pay out of pocket for cab to airport and I’ve already been charged to transport. Will be contacting Vrbo. No amenities like maps. Very disappointed
