Overall, our family really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was very easy. All information was provided well in advance of our stay. Communication was great and quick responses provided. It was wonderful having plenty of space for our family of 5. Having three bathrooms was a plus. The neighborhood was great and felt safe. Quick access to the pool area. Pool areas nice and clean. The only negative was cleanliness of the condo. The unit felt in need of a deep clean with dirty areas and smudges on several walls. Some of the furniture had stains/marks as well. Also, if you are planning to visit Disney/Universal Studios in Orlando plan to leave well in advance even on week days as traffic builds up quickly in the suburb area with lots of stop lights.

Good Location

While the location was nice, the unit needs a little updating. Front door has large gap underneath. The unit was spacious with TV’s in all rooms. However, the TV in the master bedroom did not work. There were no hangers in any of the closets. The unit is stocked more for weekly renters than longer term. Only enough dishwasher pods and washing machine pods for a week were supplied so we had to purchase our own. Cutlery was a mishmash with few spoons. Glasses consisted of one wine glass and a mishmash of others. Master toilet was dripping constantly. Probable needed a new flapper. The stove works, but needs to be fixed or replaced. The fridge, with it’s ice maker, worked wonderfully. I would stay in this location again, just not in this unit.

Unpleasant Stay

Unfortunately this particular unit at the Davenport Condo was not renovated. All bedrooms had gross stained carpets, old furniture, decor was dated, found several bugs on the floor and the list goes on. When we communicated the issues with the manager, we were told if we were not happy we could leave... We do not recommend.

Got a lot of value for the money. Apartment was wonderful. Had everything that we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely love to come back.
