This home in Assateague Pointe offers a 3rd bedroom - not many out there have this. ( it is a very small 3rd bedroom). This is in a great community that offers outdoor pools, a fishing pier, stocked fishing ponds with paddle boats, playgrounds, picnic areas, rec center, club house and more! This home offers a kitchen, 4 TV's, 2 DVD players and central a/c. *Unit does not have a Washer or Dryer or Wi-Fi*. There is a coin operated laundry room in the rec center. Community WiFi is also available in the rec center and club house. Occupancy is for 6, and the home is non smoking, Grilling and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Cute house on the creek close to Assateague Seashore.

This house was perfect for myself and my two teens to stay and visit the shore. Generous courtyard with plenty of space for outdoor gatherings, we sat here and watched shooting stars one clear and moonless night. The location is great if you’re going to Assateague (which we did each day) only 6-7 miles. The neighborhood is quiet and the laundry is only a few hundred feet away. There were two good-sized community pools, fishing/paddle boat pond, playground, and fishing/crabbing pier. The house itself is adjacent to the backwater creek alive with wildlife: geese, ducks, frogs, you name it! I would stay again!

The house was cute we loved the location and it was very peaceful and clean everything was accessable, some things need updated but overall we had a awesome time
