Welcome to your new quaint home away from home! Enjoy a day out at the Sun Outdoors Frontier Town Western Theme Park and experience the magic of the wild, wild west with some live cancan performances, train/pony rides, and many more! Head over to the oceanfront tides of Assateague State Park and lie down on the sandy shores on a beautiful morning with your family. Read your favorite book under the shade of an umbrella and let your kids play around in the water.

Head back after you've had your fill of the day and walk in through the front door to find a lovely and humble living area, complete with comfortable furnishings that provide plenty of space for you and your friends. Step into the full kitchen and whip up a hearty meal for everyone around dinner time using the appliances provided, then sit down at the bar area and feast to your heart's content. Enjoy the convenience of the community center and pool—just a short walk away from the unit. Also available on-site are the multiple tennis courts, the volleyball court, the basketball court, the playground, and the clubhouse with an arcade, Ping-Pong, and many other things! Be sure to bring your fishing rod and head out to the fishing and crabbing pier as well. Kick it up on a sunny day out on the patio area with a cold beer in hand, then head in around nighttime and stream one of your favorite movies as you snack on some popcorn.

Outside chairs broken, shows a grill, but no propane hooked up to it .so as a chef lost stars on that. No TVs in bedrooms. Shower doors can be fixed. Also no garbage can to put trash in for the garbage bag that they provide for you.. Location beautiful!

The location, community and size of this rental was fantastic for a friend and I to stay at while we attended the 3 day Oceans Calling music festival at the end of Ocean City's boardwalk. I would not recommend this place if you will physically be spending a lot of time at the property.

Weekend near Assateague Island

The place was very nice and met our needs for a long weekend stay. The community is very nice and very quiet. There was no gate pass to the private gate as stated but it was no problem because guards were there after hours. We went to Assateague Island every day and wish there was a hose outside to rinse some things off. There was a spigot but no hose. We would rent again at this place or any other in the community.

Very disappointed. Property had a very musty/moldy smell. Beds very uncomfortable, bathroom had numerous issues. Toilet seat was very loose and the wrong size for the toilet, the tub/shower was very deep which was borderline dangerous getting in and out, shower head did not work properly and door knob was falling off. Had a ant problem, ant traps and numerous cans of insect sprays all over the property . Entering and exiting was also difficult, the sliding glass door and side door we’re difficult to open and close. Total waste of hard earned money.
