Comfortably sleeps 10 adults. 4 bedrooms include:
- Master bedroom (Queen Bed) on top floor with AMAZING Ocean and Marsh views, private bathroom with shower. Two private balconies (Ocean and Marsh facing view).
- 3rd floor guest bedroom with ocean view and ocean facing balcony. Includes 3 twin beds and 1 trundle bed (4 twin beds total). Ideal kids’ room.
- 3rd floor guest bedroom with Queen Bed and Marsh facing balcony. Shared full bathroom on 3rd floor with full bathroom (tub & shower).
- 1st floor guest bedroom with queen sized bed and plush sofa chair that folds out into a twin bed. Private bathroom with shower. Private patio off 1st floor bedroom with grill & Adirondack chairs.
Restrictions:
- 11 guests max. We may be flexible to go over this number if there are toddlers / newborns that will be sleeping in a pack & play.
- Parking for 3 cars maximum. Public parking is available nearby on Bakam Street, Wavelet Street or downtown OOB.
- No smoking / no pets
- Must be responsible & respectful
