Host was friendly, helpful, and flexible. Amenities were nice and clean. Kitchen tap has filtered drinking water and the TV has Netflix albeit intermittent connectivity issues. Shame the wifi wasn’t usable for guests as Optus and Telstra don’t have coverage there, but that was probably mentioned in the listing and I missed it. Deb was lovely at every interaction and the place was really cozy and peaceful.
A wonderful pet friendly ideal country retreat with comfortable cottage and private fully fenced yard.Great location not far from Windsor for markets etc . Thank you Debbie and family for my stay private and peaceful.Highly recommend
This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last. Highly recommended, thank you.

Beautiful and relaxing location for those that want to get away from it all and connect with nature. The owner and her kids were very welcoming and the property had everything that you may need for a short stay. Our dog also loved running around the enclosed yard and going for bushwalks on and around the property.
Deb was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and cosy. It would be crowded for more than 3 people. The queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Would recommend you bring an extra cover if you're going to use the sofa bed as they're never as comfy as regular mattresses. When we arrived we were greeted with beautiful mandarins from their trees, which were delicious. The garden is suitable for dogs. I'll bring mine next time. Lovely quiet area and the walking tracks around are superb. Kitchen had most things. Next time I would bring an extra saucepan, a good chopping knife and a cheese grater. It had everything else. I'm with Optus and could get reception outside in the garden and by the kitchen window. Nice to be away from everything though.
Would happily stay here again

Perfect getaway - exactly what we wanted - highly recommended
Situated in a secluded area - yet only 1-2 hours from Sydney CBD. It was a great experience. The drive to the property also really nice. Property was very well cleaned and looked after. Most of items are fairly new. Had everything we needed. Will suit a family with a young kid. There are quite a few nice hiking trails to discover. We had all the privacy we needed. Do not forget to visit property owners antique shop. (unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to have a look as were busy discovering) if you have a four wheel drive/ a car with some clearance there are quite nice unsurfaced drives to discover. We followed the wheelbarrow ridge road pass the property and came a across a lovely road along the Hawkesbury River. Property manager/owner was very nice. Everything was ready upon our arrival. Property has a reverse cycle AC system keeps the property very warm. A very good size bathroom and toilet and laundry. Property has a nice size kitchen, all utensils we needed, microwave and a good size fridge. We didn’t use the BBQ but there is one available. House is on a nice block and it was nice to walk around in the afternoon. Also we had one German Shepherd with us. Property is fully fenced so we were able to leave her without an issue. We had a really nice weekend and will definitely return again.

Rural break
Small cabin in country. Pleasant isolated break. Basic facilities. Best enjoyed by 2 people or bit crowded. Very good hot water and outside fire. Appreciated the welcome basket
A lovely little place with good outside space for our 11 month old puppy who took advantage of this space racing around and enjoying the freedom without us having to worry about traffic or her getting out. Deb was so accommodating and very welcoming to us all. Lovely thoughtful gifts such as very fresh eggs, honey etc were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable with great linen and towels provided. We enjoyed getting away from the city - it’s under two hours from home but feels like a world away. Will definitely be coming back!
It was so peaceful and had everything we needed! Debbie was great and it was so easy and relaxing.
