The property was clean and spacious. My girlfriend and I needed a break and she came from Chicago. Callaway Gardens was the perfect spot because we both love nature. But we needed a place to cook because we are plant-based. And this house did not fail. It was perfect even for just the two of us. I am already looking to rebook with my family.

Thank you for letting us be your home away from home. Please come again!
My family and I enjoyed our visit in Pine Mountain. We stayed in this cute house. There was enough room for my family of seven and everyone thought it was a lovely older home. We could literally walk to the grocery store and all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. We had a great time!
Previous posts mentioned road noise, but we had no issues with that. Owner was responsive and very helpful. The place was clean, inviting and walking distance to Main Street shops of Pine Mountain. Would do again!!!

Loved staying at 154 Main this past weekend with my mom and son. Host Margaret communicated via text before our arrival. Gave suggestions for local restaurants. Eddie Maes- very good. Loved the Christmas decorations and felt like we were at home. Would love to own a home like this in Knoxville.
Only suggestion is to add a grab bar for shower/tub. Pretty high to get into .
Thank you!

Traffic noise, roach, hot water
Lots of street traffic noise. Trash truck 4am Wednesdays lasts 10 minutes.
The place is a house that went business office then back to house. Yet the living room has a desk and half door splitting the middle.
We ran out of hot water with 4 people and the single shower.
Eating breakfast, 4 showers, packing and getting the dishes cleaned dried and put away before 10 am was not easy. Made the last morning more like a struggle than a relaxing end to a getaway.
Also tried to email the contact and never heard back.

Shared from the owner: "Hi Clint, Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Our property, with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, aims to provide a comfortable experience, and we regret any challenges. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay for prompt issue resolution. It's worth noting that we include a map on our listing, allowing guests to review the property's location beforehand. We understand the unexpected nature of the main road setting, and we appreciate your understanding that Pine Mountain traffic tends to ease around 9 pm.In terms of communication, we want to clarify that we never received an email from you. Calling or texting us is always the best way to reach us. Once again, thank you for your feedback."
I stayed in this lovely Craftsman style home from September 2-4, 2023. I had planned a visit to Callaway Gardens with family and I am thrilled that I found this house. This house is located on the same street as Callaway Gardens, which was literally a mile drive. Grocery store and various stores, restaurants, gas station and other attractions are all in walking distance. There is plenty of parking space on the property. Although it is located on a main roadway, we slept undisturbed. My two year old grandson and I slept in the bedroom to the front of the house facing the roadway, there was no problem with noise! The home and property is well maintained, clean and not cluttered. There are beach items if that's in your plans. The authentic wood floors are beautiful. I love how the host Ms. Margaret made good use of the space. Placing "dos and don'ts" in photo frames around the house is a great idea! You won't forget what to do. She created a relaxing place that anyone would enjoy. She was easy to contact and quick to respond. Check in and out was smooth. I definitely recommend this home. This will always be my choice when I visit Pine Mountain, GA
Easy check-in and great accommodations for our family . It was close to every place we needed to go .

Not quite what we expected.
This house is very nice, and in the center of town, but not ADA friendly at all. The only thing that is, is the ramp out front. Couldn't access the kitchen or living room at all in my wheelchair. And as a recent amputee this was very disheartening.
This house also sits RIGHT ON the main road, so the traffic being 25 to 50 feet from you can get very loud as those large trucks roll through in the middle of the night.
Also be aware and careful of the grate that is in the hallway.
Communication with owner was perfect and she was lovely.

Hi Kristin, thank you for your review. Here at Evolve, we strive to provide an inclusive experience and want all of our guests to find the perfect vacation rental for their needs. While this home has a wheelchair ramp to access the property, we sincerely apologize if that misled you to believe the entire property was ADA-friendly. Due to the width of some of the doorways, this property may not be the best fit for guests who use a wheelchair or other assistive devices. We never intended to mislead any guests, and we're truly sorry this impacted your stay. We're working on updating the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback.

Home away from home
We really enjoyed our stay it was amazing there a couple of minor things but I’m not the one to complain so I fixed the problem I had and continued to enjoy my peace and quiet and fun times with my kids and my man everything was amazing I def have to make another trip to pine mountain just because I loved how friendly everyone was and how caring the owner of the property was just freaking amazing and thank you soooo much for letting us stay in your home
We loved this house. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Love the location and the large backyard. Great location. We took a day trip to Atlanta, explored around town, and visited Callaway Gardens. We loved that this house was in walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Downtown stay
Was hard to get in and no email sent with info until we were at property for 30 min. Bed in front of closet door unable to open and strange counter in the middle of family room. Clean and lots of parking though and kittens under front porch made for a delightful surprise!
We felt “at home” in this conveniently located on Main Street rental with everything you might need for cooking, laundry care, and relaxation. In addition clean comfortable beds and furniture that help you settle right in. Just a short distance to Callaway and Roosevelt attractions.
The property was very clean and had been updated nicely. The location was convenient to Callaway Gardens and other local attractions. My daughters especially appreciated that the TVs had Roku as this allowed them to have access to our streaming accounts. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area. Great host and great house!!
This home was beautiful and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Birthday Trip
The house was beautiful had everything we needed. It was easy to find being on the main street. Only thing I found wrong with it was the only bathroom didn't have a lock on the door.
