Gorgeously appointed and decorated, this 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo is in a great downtown location. Within easy walking to the beach, boards, fishing, and restaurants, this spacious, 1650 sq foot condo has accommodations for 9. The condo itself has 2 in suite bedroom/baths, a beautiful kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, there are 4 TV's with premium channels, free Wi-Fi, central a/c, a baby crib and parking for 2 cars. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great Place and Close to Boardwalk

Easy check-in and out process. Fantastic place. Great location. Only knock is that it wasn’t cleaned very well.

The condo is very spacious, loved the common areas, living room, dining room and kitchen. The bunk beds in the one bedroom are mostly geared to children or small really limber adults, except for the top bunk bed which my adult son could access but it worked out fine. Loved the three bathrooms (2 are ensuites). Perfect access to the beach, parking is great and having an elevator and carts to bring up stuff is awesome. Great balcony. Looking forward to staying there next year.

You cant beat the location

This is our second time staying in this condo. The Seabright building is an excellent deal for families staying in OC. The cost is reasonable, and you cant beat the location, especially if you have teens and young adults. Its walking distance to the boardwalk (2 or 3 blocks) so it made the adults comfortable, know the young ones were able to go to the beach/boardwalk without having to cross any major streets. The condo is well appointed , you will find everything you need in the kitchen. The master bedroom bed wasn't as comfortable this year. Last year it was very firm and wonderful, this year it is well worn. The condo needs better cleaning between guests. Last year and this year, I had to re-clean the kitchen and sweep the floors for sand. A new inside broom is also needed. The bathrooms were clean. The bedrooms and common areas needed dusting. With that said, I would recommend this condo and this location to families. You can beat the space for the money and the proximity to the beach/boardwalk area.

Relaxing week

It was a nice, roomy and pretty clean property. We could walk to everything including the beach two blocks away. The only thing we had a problem with were the mattresses. They are quite tough. The master bedroom king was super hard and the others offered very little comfort themselves. Outside of that, it was large and open and in a great location. We would go here again for sure.
