Perfect location

We had a lovely stay at Casa Feliz. It’s convenient to everything in Maitland and Winter Park. The home was clean and well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting under the gazebo and drinking wine in the evening.

This home is amazing! It is decorated at a very elevated level. They have thought of everything you could possibly want to enjoy a luxury stay in total comfort. The pool and hot tub are fabulous. Loved that is it all one level and easy to load things from the car. Juan was excellent to communicate with. You will love this home!

Christmas break at Casa Feliz

This is our second stay at the house. We like the neighborhood and proximity to services. Great outdoor space. I like that we are allowed to have our son and family over when we stay there. The pool and hot tub really dont get hot out of season, but Juan does mention that in his post on VRBO. All in all a very nice stay and will probably return!

We would stay here again

Pleasant, quiet neighborhood with many trees and plants. Very convenient location for us because we wanted to be near Winter Park. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating and lounge space for our family of 5. Kitchen has everything needed for preparing food, and there is an outdoor griddle. Screened in pool area is lovely and there is also plenty of nice, outdoor seating. We would stay here again.

Summer Getaway

We had a great week at Casa Feliz. Took a week off to decompress and spend such much needed time with my mom who was visiting from Minnesota. We spent all day floating in the private pool enjoying the beautiful weather. The house was exactly as advertised. Clean & the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware that we needed. They had pool towels as well which was great. Beautifully decorated and designed home in a quiet neighborhood. We actually didn’t even encounter any neighbors at the neighboring properties. The owners responded quickly with any communication and were very pleasant to talk to. We would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Excellent Property!

We are so thankful to have found this property! My husband and I had searched for weeks for just the right property only to have to pivot at the last minute to a new one. With the help of VRBO and Juan we were able to book and access the property on the same day. The home is beautiful and extremely well appointed! Even the sheets were high quality! It was all about the pool for us and it did not disappoint. Juan and Vivian were terrific hosts and we will book this property again if available.

Wonderful location yet pool and hot tub were not warm

The location, laid-back vibe, and amenities were wonderful. However, the hot tub did not get hot, and heating the pool made the temperature lukewarm in both the hot tub and the pool. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. Future renters should be aware that the jacuzzi is only bubbling, lukewarm water, and does not get warm like a typical jacuzzi. Overall the stay was just what we needed for a weekend getaway but disappointed in no hot jacuzzi and only a slightly warm pool.

New white towels would be more appealing. More hand towels and wash clothes would be beneficial. *Pleanty of outdoor setting is a plus *Bedrooms have a TV, great closet space with hangers and bath robes.
