Our perfectly positioned modern villa is well equipped for that relaxing getaway or break on the Coromandel. Located overlooking Matarangi Golf Course's & private lake with two decks, this is a great spot to watch the sun come up with a coffee, wand too finish the evenings as the sun sets across the Coromandel range with a nice glass of something.
A short stroll to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Matarangi beach. Cafe, Four Square Supermarket & Fish'n'chip shop a short stroll too.

Amazing stay in Matarangi

The location of the property was beautiful. Gorgeous views of the lakes and mountains. Walking distance to the beach and played golf. The property is spacious, very tidy and well presented. Lovely deck at the back. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

Great location and property

We really enjoyed our stay. It suited a family with teens perfectly, as the open plan layout with the kitchen and living area works well with the bedrooms and bathrooms down the corridor. There is a vey pleasant outlook from the main living area over a man made lake and golfing greens. The beach is about 5-6 minutes walk away and there is a lovely coastal track close to the property.

Perfect summer stay

Great location and apartment - it lived up to the photos and details provided. Aaron was great to deal with. The place was clean and had quality furnishings, bed linen, towels etc. We would definitely stay here again - no complaints. Thanks for having us.

Great property to relax and unwind. Beautiful beach a short walk away. If you are a golfer then this is heaven! The Dunes golf course is all around you.
