About this property
Sequoia “Tree house” Light & Bright
Completely remodeled craftsman cabin in the heart of Three Rivers. Entering on the house`s second floor offers views of a valley of oak trees and beautiful rolling hills. Just a 15 min drive to Sequoia National Park Entrance! Come take a trip and see what Three Rivers has to offer!
★The Space★ Beautiful craftsman cabin with 2 bathrooms and three full bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and one kid/single room.
★Please note ★ -This listing is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We have elderly neighbors who aren`t too fond of loud guests or parties. Our neighbors told us they would call the cops if they have any issues. We want to ensure all guests know this is not a party spot. We will have to take your entire security deposit if our neighbors contact us about any issues. We want all guests to have as much fun as possible as long as they follow the rules and respect our neighbors.
- This listing is located above a studio apartment. We occasionally rent the lower studio to guests as well. Please be mindful of noise, and feel free to say hi to the other guests if you see them!
- Our driveway has a left and right side. You can park on the left side as long as you don`t block any vehicles in. The lower studio guests will park on the right side. Please park on the street if your vehicle can`t make it up the driveway.
- It is a 20-meter walk to the house up a fairly steep hill.
- We are out in nature; although rare, there have been sightings of bears, snakes, and spiders.
- The front burner on the stove seems only to be able to be on the highest setting when turned on.
-We love our neighbors! No parties and no loud noise after 10 pm, please.
My assistant, Rachel, helps me out with the inbox every once in a while. She might answer the phones from time to time. She`s very kind and super helpful.
Guests will have access to the entire upper house and shared laundry room. The laundry room is located next to the lower studio.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Plenty of scenery and wildlife to see. We are very close friends with our elderly neighbors, and they aren`t too fond of loud noises or partying. They told us that they won`t hesitate to call the authorities if there are any issues. We want to make sure all guests have a great time as long as they abide by the rules. We respect all of our neighbors, and we hope our guests will do the same.
I recommend bringing your own vehicle. Three Rivers is located in a secluded area away from the city.
We have had an occasional woodpecker who likes to peck on the house in the morning. It usually only lasts for a short time. We are working on preventing this from happening!

This property is lovely! The beds were really comfortable and the light from all the windows were especially great for bird watching! The acorn woodpeckers were very busy on the roof every morning!
Loved this place. It’s full of charm and details. It was a perfect place to relax and recharge after long days in the NPS sites nearby. We bounced around California on this trip and this was by far the coolest place we stayed. We even saw a lot of wildlife in the yard! The host is great, the a/c was the best we experienced, and like I said… the space is a vibe beyond being outfitted for a comfy stay.
We really loved staying here! Beautiful house with amazing views. Checking in process was very easy and the host gave some nice recommendations. Would definitely come back!!
Great location for a family trip to the Sequoia national park. Markets, restaurants and shops are close by and a short drive to the park entrance. Definitely recommend.
Loved staying at the Tree House. Space was perfect for our family, and the decor was very comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and saw lots of wildlife. Host responded quickly to all questions. Location was very convenient to the National Park. We would definitely stay here again. (Some of the previous reviews mentioned a steep, difficult driveway. The driveway is apparently new and very easy to manage.)
We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was great for visiting Sequoia National Park and traveling up Generals Highway to Kings Canyon too. Grocery store, gas, restaurants and shopping are close by. We appreciated having access to the laundry room. The host communicated with us very well!
We were very pleased with our stay at the Sequoia Tree House. The house is in a perfect location for going to Sequoia National Park. The house is clean and bright. THere are lots of windows that give a delightful view of the mountains. The bathrooms are modern and clean. There are outside patio areas for sitting and watching the sunrise or sunset. We would stay there again.
We loved our stay here! Wow. What a cute home in an absolutely gorgeous setting. We couldn’t believe the neighborhood. The treehouse/bungalow vibes were seriously perfect. We liked all the fun quirks of the house and it was very accommodating for our needs. Easy to get to, simple to get in, quick drive to sequoia, adorable town. We seriously loved it. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the tenants was great as well!
It was clean and spacious and we loved that there was a proper dining room table where we could all sit together to eat meals.
It is only about 15 minutes to the park so it was easy to go and visit the park several times.
There is a need to be quiet which wasn’t difficult for us because our group isn’t a bunch of parties
House is small & comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. 1st floor's small bedroom does not have A/C. Couldnt get minivan drive upto the house due to its very steep and deep pot holes.
