Pro: Location was good, unti was perfect size for our family. Con: poor maintenance response

Had some maintenance issues which did not get corrected during our stay even after we made 3 requests. The lazy river was very dirty and couldn't use it.

This property manger does not provide any bed sheets, no starter toilet paper, dish detergent,etc. They will offer bed sheets for 35/bed! Linens are delivered in a bag. After all day traveling the last thing I want to do is make a bed up! The unit itself was filthy. They did come out again the next day and do another quick clean but unit was in major need of a thorough deep clean. Day 4 I found a cockroach in the dishwasher! The company did communicate well and moved us to another unit after I refused to stay in the dirty roach unit! The kids loved the pools, the view was amazing. Too bad it's poorly maintained.
