Your vacation will be memorable at this immaculate and inviting, fully furnished 1760 sq. ft. townhouse overlooking the harbor (which leads directly to the Laguna Madre Bay). A pier and a boat lift for a Shallow Sport type boat up to 25ft are included.

This beautiful Harbor Town home is a 3 bedroom (King/Queen/1Bunkbed, 2 Twin), 2.5 bath, two car garage, two-story unit located on the marina. Occupancy of 4 Adult + 3 children.

Enjoy the Harbor views and sunsets from the large downstairs balcony (complete with furniture and gas grill). Or enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the upstairs master bedroom balcony. The home is fully furnished, WI-FI throughout the house, smart TV's (Roku with local over the air TV channels) in the living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. You have access to a heated pool (a few hundred feet away; plus 2 other pools in the community), professional PGA Golf Course (with fee to access), tennis courts, fitness room and clubhouse (with restaurant). It's a quiet, relaxing gated community and a “hop, skip and a jump” from the beaches at South Padre Island (appr. 10 miles). Or maybe you want to visit SpaceX (located in nearby Boca Chica)?

Other activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, kayaking, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding and a wild life preserve.

Excellent experience staying here with the family. Very nicely stocked kitchen. The place was clean upon check-in and we had no complaints. They had beach towels and beach toys available to use.

Awesome location and environment.

This home was beautiful and the location was perfect not to far from South Padre Island. There was only one negative with our stay… the kitchen was full of gnats especially in garbage disposal other than that great stay 👍🏼!
