The property was clean, but the home was very difficult to keep cool. In the Texas summer heat, this was a big setback. One of the rooms was also not enclosed, so there was no privacy for anyone staying up there.

Our stay was great, plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a good size for the big group of us staying. Plenty of parking space. The AC could be colder upstairs but it wasn't terrible either. The place was clean, the yard and pool were clean. The beach access is a little further than what we thought and parking for it was difficult to find. Much easier if you walk to it. All in all we would recommend it to anyone and would stay here again.

The home was nice and clean. Location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, and stores. The pool and sitting area are really nice. The washer and dryer are located downstairs in the garage, which ain’t bad but a little inconvenient. The rooms are good size but I will say the bedding could use some upgrading. The pillows are flat and the bedding is very thin. So bring your own pillows and blankets if that’s what you’re use too. They didn’t have much “extras” like other homes we’ve stayed at like beach toys, floats for the pool, or even extra blankets or pillows. Over all we enjoyed our stay but would probably not stay here again.
