Stairs lead to the heated pool overlooking glassy smooth converging waterways and a row of palms silhouetted by the sun. The stylishly furnished interior is equally captivating with furniture as comfortable as it is stylish. The palm tree-lined waterway is the constant backdrop as you relax in the coral-hued tile living room with its stone fireplace and big screen television. Decorative details like seashells and indoor ferns fill the sun-lit interior, creating a relaxing island-style ambience.

The kitchen features a recessed ceiling and barstool chairs along the counter. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a meal on the glass breakfast table or the family-sized table out on the lanai.

In the master bedroom, arched windows overlook a garden filled with colorful flowers of the tropics. A sliding glass door opens up to the lanai, so you’ll fall asleep each night to fragrant hibiscus-scented breezes. The ensuite bathroom features his and hers sinks and a bathtub that looks out on the garden. All the bedrooms give you ample closet and drawer space.

The house comes with comfort-enhance amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach towels for that short drive to the beach.
