The lower level fourth bedroom has a separate bathroom and sitting area that leads to the patio and large back yard for outdoor grilling, entertaining and activities. An oversize deck provides extra space for additional outdoor dining. The reading house offers a quiet space far from the hubbub to turn the pages of your favorite Summer book or to just relax. Cape Cod Creamery, Dennis Mercantile, Dennis Public Market and fabulous restaurants are minutes away! A highchair and crib are available for small guests.
