Perfect for couples traveling together or families wanting extra space, each bedroom features a king bed and its own private bathroom — offering comfort and privacy on opposite ends of the unit. The spacious living area sits between the two suites, creating a central gathering space to relax after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the extra-large north-facing balcony to cool down with your favorite beverage and enjoy the coastal breeze. The well-equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, with table seating for four plus three additional counter stools — ideal for casual meals and conversation.

The 9400 Building provides everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the sand.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Very nice spot. Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and get beach access. Quiet bldg and security was very much present. Kinda far from boardwalk (75 blocks) but was only a 10-15 min drive.
