Located at the end of a quiet street in the heart of Mangawhai Village is this modern, sunny, fully-fenced holiday home ideal for families. Large wrap around decks with bi-folding doors off both sides of the living area provide for great indoor/outdoor flow. An outdoor setting with sun canopy is great for al-fresco dining and provides a welcome relief from the summer sun. A large, flat, fully-fenced backyard provides plenty of space for the kids to safely run around or play games and there is a large sandpit (note the trampoline shown in the pictures is no longer available). In addition, a table tennis table, foosball table and pool table in the garage provide extra entertainment options, particularly great if the weather isn't suitable to be outside. There is also a basketball setup in the driveway if you feel like shooting some hoops and surf boards and body boards are available for guest use.
Inside, this bach features 3 bedrooms - 2 with a Queen, and the other with a Single over Double Bunk set and a King Single.
Behind the property is the domain with playground, tennis courts (Tennis racquets available in the garage for your use) and large playing fields. Enjoy the proximity to Mangawhai Village and all it has to offer with a gentle, flat stroll to Bennetts, the weekend markets, restaurants, takeaways, butchers and more. If you fancy a cool off, stroll down to the estuary for a dip.
Notes:

This property will accept 1 small to medium, house-trained, non-shedding dog. Please specify the breed of dog when booking.

The local region has some great beaches, with Mangawhai Surf Beach and Estuary (10 minutes), Te Arai (15 minutes) and Langs Beach (20 minutes) all a short drive away. 3 Boogie boards, a surf board and a skim board are available for your use.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
