Great for a quick stay

The check in process was easy and the parking tip was helpful in finding a place nearby. The place was nice, but the floors were sticky in parts and it was clear that it wasn’t mopped. Would have liked a blanket for the couch, but other than that the bed was comfy and the location was perfect for our needs.

Perfect location in Downtown Detroit

I had a convention at the Renaissance center but was planning a handful of other activities downtown and wanted to be closer walking distance. It worked out perfectly - 10 minute walk to Renaissance, and no greater than a 15 minute walk to the other activities at Comerica Park, Campus Marius, etc. The security staff were all very friendly. Very convenient to have 7-11 right downstairs. Lots of parking options in the $10/night range. Amazing water pressure in the shower! Nice soap & shampoo. Even a few pods for the in-unit laundry. Overall, an excellent stay!

Awesome stay

A great place to stay for a couple days while I explored the city. The bluetooth enabled front door and unit door locks were great. Really loved that. The only two critiques I have are there needs to be a shelf in the shower and a ceiling fan or a fan that can be used in the unit. Other than that I loved it and would go back.

Really nice and clean I would stay again, only negative I can say no basic cable real minor

I really did like it only negative and it's minor stuff, for me no basic cable and no TV in the bedroom like I said just minor stuff and I don't know why but in the lobby and hallway there was an odor
