Amazing & Relaxing Stay

This home was immaculate and had everything we needed and so much more. From the little things like a fully stocked spice rack and every other thing we would need to cook or BBQ to an amazing outdoor space with a hot tub and a ping pong table that entertained the kids for hours. They also had six bicycles that were actually in good working condition and had fully inflated tires, and pickleball paddles and balls which was great. The owners were so helpful and responsive and the value was outstanding. It was far enough from the village to be extremely peaceful, but close enough to reach by car in minutes or bike in a few more. Thanks so much, we hope to be back!

Relaxing long weekend

Check in process was easy and the property owners were easy to get in touch with and communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we could need. Well stocked kitchen, very clean, comfortable beds and a great location close to the trailhead for mt. biking. Beautifully decorated!

Clean, new house with great amenities

This was a beautiful, new home. The owners placed a lot of attention on the little touches - tea, coffee, ping pong balls, face masks, all cleaning supplies, and the list goes on. The beds and couch were incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed using the bikes, ping pong table and the hot tub. All around, a really nice home.

Perfect home for our needs

We have a one year old learning to navigate on his own two feet. We wanted a single level open concept home where we could keep an eye on him while discovering a new found freedom. The house was beautiful and well appointed. We would definitely rent it again next year if available.

Beautiful home, everything was as described, and it was so well appointed and organized (labels in and on kitchen drawers and shelves, loved it!). The ping-pong table and the bikes were a lot of fun to use, too. The only thing I didn't like was finding a spot on the edge of the master bath tub that was overlooked by the cleaning crew - big slimy soap spot.

We had a great time in this newer, well appointed home. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and the beds are very comfortable. Nice one level design was perfect for seniors like us and we loved the hot tub in the evening after hiking. The large master suite has a roomy closet, shower, and bath tub. We especially enjoyed the kitchen - everything you will need is there, including spices and plastic bags - much better than most rentals in Sunriver! Location is ideal, away from the crowded resort and mall area. It's a short walk to the river or the Woodlands golf and tennis area - where we watched the eclipse as it peeked through the clouds!

A beautiful and inviting Sunriver home

This newer, beautifully decorated home was perfect for three couples and a baby. We loved the fact that we could all lounge on the huge sectional in the great room. A/C kept us comfortably cool on days when temperatures hit the mid-90’s. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and serving, providing staples like olive oil and seasonings. The pantry was completely available for all of our groceries for our two-week stay. We were able to unpack and spread out with large closets and drawers space in all bedrooms.This is the first time in many years of renting homes in Sunriver that we haven’t had to rent bikes. This home included a nice selection of geared bikes, fully ready to go, including pumped up tires.

Just Bring Food and clothes

We’ve been to Sunriver/Caldera Springs dozens of times over the years with family and friends and rarely did we experience a level of service and welcoming such as this property. To begin, the ENTIRE house was so perfectly and neatly organized (and labeled). You will notice this very quickly! The kitchen was SO well stocked. We cooked an assortment of things and there wasn’t a single thing the kitchen lacked. All kinds of gadgets that we needed were there. A very nice electric tea kettle (we always travel with our own because houses lack them 99% of the time) was included. All kinds of plates/bowls/serving platers/etc. The pantry was well stocked with paper plates, napkins, ziplock bags, etc. I can go on all day! It was so easy to use anything in the house because we knew exactly where to put it back since it was all so neatly labeled. The description of the house didn’t list a grill, or a hot tub… but alas we weren’t disappointed! There was a great Weber grill on site, a long with a brand new hot tub. The bedrooms were so great, great beds/bedding/etc. each room was even equipped with its own flashlight…how thoughtful is that?! Overall - what a great house. 10/10. This home is so well thought out, decorated, and up kept. We really recommend this house to anyone looking for a great stay!

Amazing House

We had a wonderful stay in Sun River at this awesome house. It was beautiful and had everything you would need in this resort style area. We used the pickle paddles, bikes and my boys loved playing ping pong in the garage. We have stayed at multiple VRBO's and this one was the best stocked. The owner was great and very easy to communicate with.

Rustling Pines Retreat is a gem!

Our family of four rented this beautiful home the weekend of President's Day weekend. I'd be hard pressed to think of a rental that we've staying in not only in Sunriver, but anywhere, that is as comfortable and well-stocked. The kitchen was very well organized and had every item we could possibly need to prepare meals. The home was very clean and bright and had comfortable designer bedding. It is clear that thought went into making sure that guests were comfortable. In addition, having a ping pong table in the garage, bikes and a brand new hot tub was an extra treat. I also appreciated that the home was walking distance to a trailhead to Benham Falls (no need to get in the car again) and a short drive to the Sunriver Marketplace so that the drive to the more crowded village could be avoided. The owners were friendly, attentive and provided a detailed and organized summary describing how to use the amenities in the home as well as providing a list of attractions that would be helpful for any first-time Sunriver visitors. We LOVED this house and will be back. Thank you!!

Great comfortable house

Our family of 6 stayed for three nights in this house and we’re very happy with our experience. Great attention to detail. The hosts responded quickly to any questions we had and even made suggestions as to where to take our children to play in the snow. The hot tub was a great way to end the day! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, immaculately clean, and incredibly well-stocked home with a spacious layout for our family of five. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to prepare several home cooked meals. The laundry and garage were equally well-stocked and organized. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable with high quality beds and linens. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a spacious front porch perfect for watching the little ones bike around and play. Short walk to the river. The owners’ responsiveness and attention to detail made for a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Very nice property, but not within the Sunriver Resort

Beautiful new home and property, close to river and bike trails. Nice cul-de-sac for kids riding bikes. Gorgeous home finishes and interior design, responsive owners and fully stocked kitchen, garage and amenities. Only complaint is that it wasn't within the Sunriver resort so we didnt have access to any of the pools. The owners had passes to Sharc though and generously gave us their passes. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Sunriver Rustling pines retreat

The home was incredibly accommodated for guests. Property management was very responsive. The organization of the property down every detail was spot on!!👍👍 Very well furnished and decor rated.
