The Nautilus is a charming two-bedroom, three-bath cottage located directly across the street from the beach. Part of the Little Lagoon Cottages community, this unit is one of 18 cottages that share an outdoor (unheated) pool. Deeded beach access is directly across from the community, making the beach easily accessible for all guests.



PET-FRIENDLY: One dog (20 lbs or less) is allowed. Please notify us if you plan to bring a pet. A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be added to your stay.



• Balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Tile flooring is throughout the home



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats six and there are five barstools for additional seating



• Living area includes a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Twin bunk beds located in the main alcove (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk)



• Twin bunk beds located in the second-floor hallway (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk)



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the home



• Kayaks are not available for guest use



• Parking for a maximum of two cars; parking is located underneath the cottage. Boats, watercraft, campers, and trailers are not permitted.



• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

We had the best stay! The house was so clean and the perfect set up for our family. The location of the house was perfect with a short walk to both the bay and beach. We loved the family atmosphere on the beach. There was only one row of chairs/people. Not overly crowded like the condo areas. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is our second time staying at the little lagoon cottages in 2 different beach homes and it was just as wonderful as the first. The homes are spacious, have plenty of rooms/bathrooms, very clean and well kept. Beach access straight across the street is very convenient and a very short walk. There is also a beautiful view of the lagoon by the homes right beside the pool. We have always enjoyed gulf shores and staying with Itrip at the little lagoon cottages is such a pleasant vacation experience

Our stay was just perfect for 2 families with kids! Access to beach was easy & then the pool & lagoon area was big hit too! House setup was perfect, very nice & comfy! Would definitely book here again.

Great Place To Stay

Really nice place to stay, very close to beach and lagoon. It does have quiet a few steps to climb, two flights, which wasn’t a problem for me but was a little harder on my mom. Very clean and beautifully decorated! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Best beach location

We loved this property. Three minute walk to the beach and a great covered fishing dock on the lagoon side. Away from the traffic of the tourist zone, great for our two families. Cannot wait to return!

Peaceful Retreat on Little Lagoon

What an amazing property! Perfectly situated yards from the beach in one direction and the pier onto Little Lagoon in the other. The pictures very accurately reflect how well furnished and comfortable this unit is. I stayed here for a week mid October and absolutely loved the less populated beach that time of year and the quiet of Little Lagoon. Will definitely return for another peaceful retreat!

Enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores

My family and I enjoyed our first visit to the Gulf Shores area and staying at the Nautilus made our trip awesome. The house was clean, beautiful and very spacious. Its proximity to the beach made everything better too! My kids did not want to leave at the end of the week which means they enjoyed their stay at the Nautilus house as well as the beach too. We will definitely return next year!!

Great place! Would recommend to everyone. There are a lot of stairs, so if you have trouble with that, it's probably not the best place for you. However, otherwise a great location! Plan on returning!
