The townhome was perfect for our stay. There were four of us (2 couples). Each bedroom has its own bathroom; the living area and kitchen is spacious with plenty of seating to relax after a long day. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our four night stay in this spacious, well-equipped townhome. The reason for the trip was to visit Yosemite and this property has a good location in Groveland. There are a few decent restaurants in town. The best restaurant we tried was near the Big Oak Flat park entrance at Evergreen Lodge at Yosemite.

Quiet refuge

Loved coming back from a busy day at Yosemite to this cozy, quiet condo. A beautiful deck space, comfy beds, and great seating area. The kitchen could use a little bit of reorganization and updating, but loved the Keurig coffee and paper products provided. We had a wonderful visit and would recommend this place.

Beautiful location in gated community. Easy check in and out. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The one dissatisfaction was no communication with the ovner. I called and enail with questions and nobody responded.

Hidden Gem

We loved Pine Mountain Lake, and we loved our stay at this condo. It was in a great location, was very clean and super well stocked with everything that we could ever need and then some. We fished several times, play golf once, enjoyed dinner at The Grill, and visited the Iron Door Saloon for a drink. We shopped at the local market and had lots of meals at the condo on the beautiful deck. We visited Yosemite on 4 days. The drive is beautiful but takes some time so go early! Don’t miss Hetch Hetchy. Definitely would stay here again and have already recommended this condo to a friend. Thanks for providing such a nice home!

We arrived a couple of hours early and Richard was kind enough to let us check-in early. There are several lake beaches and golf course nearby. This is a gated community and the beaches are private. The house was very clean and roomy. We bbq'd a couple of nights and the deck was great! I do wish the furniture on the deck was wiped down but Im sure it is difficult to keep clean with all the trees. The house is very well stocked with everything you will need from coffee, spicies, toiletrees, etc. We enjoyed our stay and it was a luxury to walk into an air-conditioned house after a day of hiking in Yosemite's 92 degree weather. We were sure happy we decided on the condo over camping that week.

Perfect Base Camp in Groveland

My sister and I recently stayed at this lovely property while exploring nearby Yosemite National Park and had a wonderful time. It is conveniently located just inside the main gate of a community that lies a short ways off the road that runs straight into the park. It's about a thirty minute drive to Yosemite, and another thirty minutes to the Valley floor from there, but it's an easy, beautiful drive to make each day. The location felt safe and private without being secluded. This well-appointed rental included everything we could need and then some -one of the best supplied properties I've stayed in. Everything we went looking for during our stay we found with ease. All the comforts and conveniences of home away from home! It was quiet and peaceful - I liked to sit outside in the morning with my coffee and watch all the birds and mule deer. I also like to note that there was no odors in the building or on any of the bedding or towels. I'm very sensitive to certain smells, so it was much appreciated that all I smelled at any time was clean, fresh laundry. The unit is also close to a local grocery store (Mar-val's) and a number of fun dining options. We particularly enjoyed the Iron Door Saloon in Historic Groveland. Richard is an outstanding host who is easy to communicate with and quick to response to questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay here so much - we were sad to leave it behind when it was time to travel on down the road.

Fireplace listed but owner left a note that it cannot be used

Was excited about renting this place and chose this place over another place because it had a fireplace. Walked in and there's a sticker on the fireplace that says do not use. Contacted owner several times and got ghosted. Finally texted and his response was "Sorry not able to use due to previous guests abusing the privilege" Seriously what does this have to do with us staying there? We don't know you're previous renters and have no relation with them. Why punish us. No previous contact at all telling us that an amenity that is still currently being listed is not available. The internet was also very slow. Netflix kept on stopping and freezing so no fireplace to entertain us because the owner and a temper tantrum and the internet sucks. Seriously this affected our stay and made it uncomfortable to contact him for anything else. Didn't know if he though we were abusing his internet and he might just cut it off? That would mean no phone service because there was no reception for verizon or tmobile. Maybe use too much heating and he decides to cut it off? Made us feel like we were the red headed stepchild was given the "privilege" to stay there. Maybe he forgot how much we paid him for the "privilege" The fridge was also warm when we arrived and it took 3 days for the fridge to eventually cool. The fridge must have been turned on that day instead of a few days before. That means that all the leftover food from previous visitors was obviously spoiled. The positive was the place was well stocked with food, well decorated, clean and comfortable. A little customer service and empathy would have gone a long way, since he's suppose to be in the customer service industry and should have known better.

Spacious 3 levels with large deck and nature

Very comfortable.. lake and beach were close (mile).. well stocked with supplies.. quiet woodsy area.. Really allowed us to relax.. An obnoxious neighbor woke us while sleeping on our deck with imaginary issues such as open screen door - momentarily off the tracks and a candle next to us (fire hazard supposedly).. since he was a permanent neighbor we would not return.. a shame since we otherwise loved our time there..
