Great stay. We chose this as an alternative to a hotel down the road where we were attending a conference. It was a short walk and we really enjoyed coming back to this property because it was very comfortable, provided space for everyone and kitchen was easy to cook our own meals. Would stay again when in this area, thank you!

Awesome Accommodations

We were looking for nice accommodations for my wife and I and another family member. Two nicer hotel rooms were not a good option, so we went with this condo and we’re so glad we did.The condo could not be nicer, and the property manager was very easy to reach if we needed anything. Location was fantastic and parking was secure! We will be back.

Great balcony in very spacious condo with plenty of small nice touches (sunscreens, beachchairs, etc). Hostess was also excellent as she kept in touch often and even texted afternoon before check in to advise we could check in early!

My family had a great three night stay at this property. The condo is in a central location with beautiful views of the water. The apartment was well stocked with anything we might need for the beach, and the property manager maintained constant communication with us. We highly recommend this location and would stay here again when we return to Clearwater.

Easy check in and out. Management was friendly and gave clear instructions. Condo was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Great location—easy walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants. Delicious donuts at the bakery across the street and a convenient small market nearby.

Fabulous condo and great location

The pictures do not do the unit justice. Was a very nice, clean and well decorated condo. The property manager, Sophia, was very helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. The location and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping was very good. Highly recommend this condo.

Weeklong trip to Clearwater

The condo was just as described online. It had more amenities than any other condo we have rented in the past including beach towels, beach chairs & an umbrella! The property manager was amazing! We walked to the beach every day & walked to dinner at night! We had breakfast & lunch in the condo. Great stay & awesome balcony views at all times of the day!

This condo is spacious, clean and with all the necessities you need from beach chairs to towels and coffee. The water views are spectacular and we used the large balcony everyday. It’s walking distance to a small grocery store, restaurants, bars, ice cream next door, a quiet beach across the street or the main public beach 2 blocks away. It’s literally in the middle of everything. We had a wonderful time would absolutely reserve this condo again.

This condo exceeded our expectations nice view of the Harbor. Plenty of space and the place was spotless nice master bathroom with large shower. The only thing that i would change is better lighting in the master bathroom. Other wise this place is perfect close to the beach, bars and restaurant's yet very quiet and secure building. This was my first VRBO experience and I will not think twice about doing it again. I cant forget about our host Sophia she was easy to contact, courteous, helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. I could go on for hours how I liked my stay you wont regret staying here

Great place!

Great place. Very spacious. Only few things could have been better but wouldnt stop me from staying again. I assumed condo was located closer or on beach with 1 minute walk listed. It was more like 5 to the main beach. Really wanted on beach with our age kids. We made it work. Loved that the condo provided chairs and towels ( wish they were in better condition). This was my 1st VRBO stay. I had been reluctant because i didnt want to feel like i was staying in someone else's home. With that being said i wish more of the owners personal belongings were kept in the owners closets. Didnt like the clothes in the closet! Like the other reviews pictures do not do it justice and we would definitely stay again.

The location and view was top notch. My family was very comfortable in the spacious condo and enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and beach accessories. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. Now the not so great... my two sons brought their gaming systems and the bedroom TVs were so old, they could not hook their systems up...very outdated and disappointing for the amount of $$$ we paid. I would advise against walking barefoot in the condo since our feet were black from the floors. Our last day and night, the AC went out and was leaking. We advised the property manager and the repair technician was there after we left. It was a very miserable last night in the hot July heat.

Avoid this property and Evolve Management

The second morning we lost all electricity in the Master Bedroom. We contacted our property manager Sophia and she indicated she'd send someone to check it out. At 6 pm no one had arrived, I reached out to Sophia again. I explained that my husband uses a CPAP machine -we must have electricity in the bedroom. Plus its dangerous to walk around the bedroom in the dark. The maintenance man appeared. He never looked at the circuit breaker (it needed replacing) he just brought in a heavy duty extension cord, plugged it into an outlet in the living room and ran it across the bedroom. I reached out to Sophia again, to let her know we still had no lights in the MBR. The man returned with a lamp - a graphic statue of a NAKED WOMAN, holding up a small lightbulb. VERY disturbing. I let Sophia know, I sent her photos of the lamp and the dangerous extension cord. For the remainder of our stay, we were stepping over a loose extension cord and staring at a naked statue. This was very dangerous ( the room was pitch black at night when I got up, I had to feel my way around the cord on the floor.) Sophia indicated that we would receive some reimbursement for this, but Evolve management sent me a rude letter telling me they would not provide anything. This was particularly disturbing since it wasn't us who asked for any recompense, it was their agent who offered it to us. Sophia was wonderful and tried to make things right but Evolve was terrible to work with.

The condo was so nice. Stocked very well. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but very close to the beach and action. Sophia, the property manager, was so nice and thorough. An added plus was sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the harbor. We will definitely consider this property when in Clearwater Beach again!
