Very clean and comfortable. Very well stocked with all the essentials and more. We experienced a problem with the A/C and the responses from both Evolve and the owner were excellent. It was corrected very quickly. Would stay again.

Nice to get away

This proprty is a nice sized florida home that has been well taken care of over the years. It is well decorated and probably the best stocked rental we hsve ever stayed in. They had beach stuff, pool stuff, umbrellas and plenty of towels. It was pretty close to some restaurants and some basic shopping. We picked the place for its pretty private pool and it being in Cape Coral away from some of the real touristy areas and was not disappointed. .

The property was excellent and fit our needs to a t. Only issue that we came across was the master bedroom bed was a foam mattress which was not comfortable for us. Everything else was fantastic

Great location and spacious.

Location was great and house was spacious. For the price, however, expected a nicer finishes. Bathrooms were very dated as well as kitchen countertops and appliances. Also, for the price I feel pool should have been heated. Other places, hundred of dollars less provided heated pool at no additional cost. Decor and furniture was very nice.

Great place!

Booking this place was super easy, as was check in with all directions and things about the house. Everything was clean.( A couple pans were not clean, but I wash before I use them anyway). I especially liked the extra pool /beach towels, the portable chairs and coolers to take to the beach. That was a huge bonus for us! Watching the young owls - a delight. We appreciated the board games, cards and puzzles as we were there during tropical storms that flooded streets. Pool itself was clean. Could use a scrubbing around the deck. We used the gas grill which was another bonus for us. I also appreciated that others have left spices, napkins, garbage bags, etc. I left a bunch of essentials as well. My only hang up was the icemaker quit working and would not make ice. I called, texted and emailed and I did not get any response. I just wanted someone to know it quit working. What if it had been an emergency? I used the number and email that was given on the rental if we had questions or concerns during our stay. Overall, this was a great rental for the week.
