Waterfront on Turtle Beach Inlet - Ground Floor, Fish & Swim Steps From Your Door #19
This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy your Siesta Key tropical vacation or get away from the cold northern winters. New paint throughout, and new flooring in both bedrooms. Comfortable 2 bedroom, ground floor condo located directly on Turtle Beach Inlet where you can fish, swim, and boat just steps from your door. Parking is just a few feet from the unit. Enjoy dazzling sunsets from the large covered screened lanai with beautiful water views. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, king bed, walk-in closet, water views, and access to the lanai. Guest bedroom has queen bed. A dining is area provided in the condo, and an additional dining area is on the lanai. Features a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher & large refrigerator. Heated pool and laundry facilities on-site (each floor). Free WiFi & Cable are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs, coolers & a beach cart. The Inlet is located on the quieter southern end of Siesta Key. This is a friendly community and all are invited to share sunsets, pot-lucks, and cocktails around the pool.
The southern end of Siesta Key is convenient to shopping on and off the island, and island nightlife, while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet environment. Bring your boat, or rent one from the nearby marina (free docking by application on first come first serve basis). Take a 5 minute stroll to Turtle Beach, dining at waterfront restaurants and night time entertainment. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley at Turtle Beach and ride from one end of the island to the other including all beach access points and Siesta Key Village.

Handy location
Small 2 bed unit. Kitchen tight if more than one person is prepping a meal. Bedrooms are very small and there is no room for food storage. Like the heated pool and canal view. Coin laundry outside unit.
