About this property
White Dunes Retreat Bayfront Bliss in Town Centre
Discover this charming retreat set directly opposite the pristine waters of Geographe Bay. Spend golden evenings on the expansive front deck, BBQ sizzling as the sun sets, or unwind in the leafy enclosed yard with a glass of Chardonnay in hand. Inside, the open-plan living area is spacious and inviting, while the modern kitchen makes cooking a breeze. With Dunsborough’s vibrant town centre just steps away and renowned wineries a short drive from your door, this is laid-back living at its best.
Situated directly across the road from Geographe Bay, this retreat blends timeless beachside elegance with a relaxed, scenic setting. Inside, the open-plan living area is bathed in natural light and styled for comfort, featuring soft sofas and a large TV.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a five-burner gas stove, oven, and a breakfast bar perfect for casual bites. Nearby, the dining area sits beneath a sparkling chandelier, centred around a rustic farmhouse table made for shared meals.
Outside, the large front deck and enclosed yard offer the best seat in the house, overlooking green lawns and the tranquil bay beyond. A charming bench invites quiet mornings with coffee, while a BBQ and dining for ten make alfresco meals memorable. As evening falls, the outdoor area transforms into a front-row seat for Busselton’s stunning sunsets.
Each bedroom is a calming sanctuary, featuring quality bedding and warm lighting. The primary opens to the front yard with bay glimpses and includes a private ensuite. Two additional rooms feature queen beds, while the fourth bedroom offers a tri-bunk—ideal for flexible group stays. These rooms share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. A laundry room with a washer adds convenience for longer stays, while the backyard offers a clothesline for drying beach towels and a small deck for peaceful outdoor moments.
The living area, primary bedroom, one queen room, and the tri-bunk room are air conditioned, while the other queen room has a ceiling fan and is supported by the living area's climate control. On-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
