Large, comfortable cottage in the perfect location, steps to the famous Southampton Beach and Gerry's fries. You can also walk into town along the boardwalk and enjoy all the shops, restaurants and of course the bakery!

The cottage features 4 bedrooms and sleeps 9 with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas to enjoy each with a Smart TV and cable.

Outside, there is a large wrap around deck with plenty of seating, a dining table and barbeque. There is a fire pit and plenty of room for outdoor games.

bicycles are available for use.

Local activities: tennis, golfing, boating, kayaking/canoe rentals, beachfront boardwalk, biking/hiking trails.

Parking for 3 cars

Please bring your own bed linens (blankets, bed sheets, pillows), bath, beach and kitchen towels.

Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday).

Cozy and convenient

This property is bigger than it looks. Very clean with ample clean supplies. It is so close to the lake that you can hear the waves. I highly recommend this cottage.

Overall the cottage is pretty good. It’s close to the beach. It was clean and tidy. Nice to have 4 bedrooms but they were fairly tight with double beds in them. It would be nice to have at least one room with a queen bed.

Spacious, Perfect location,

Perfect location to enjoy Southanpton's wonderful beach and dunes, easy walk to downtown, nice to bike on the trail to Pt Elgin. Two living rooms, 2 bathrooms and large kitchen great for our extended family. TV and wifi good. Awesome huge deck and bbq. Ample free parking. Classic, comfortable old style cottage.

Fabulous Location

Fabulous location in the heart of Southampton's beautiful, unique cottage area. It's not beachfront, but 2 blocks away isn't shabby and we liked the shade provided by trees on the property. Furnishings are not new or designer decorative, but adequate, probably wouldn't hurt if the mattresses were changed out. It was a perfect weather week, so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Clean, spacious bungalow close to the beach and not far from the downtown core. The bedrooms are small but clean, and there are two living rooms which is nice when you’ve got a few people.
