No amenities with the room no soap, no dishwashing no washer and dryerOnly thing Oceanside view stove OldPricey for what was there. A lot of rules Are barking was nightmare for seniors

Noisy

Ice maker in refrigerator was very noisy; neighbors played loud music, slammed doors on and off all night. Floor was sticky and area behind Murphy bed was filthy. Stove needs replaced .. rusted. Condo much smaller than anticipated. On a good note ... close to beach, good restaurants inside the towers.
