Welcome to UNIT #111 (Building 18)
NO ADDED FEES
This condo is a" deluxe garden view" unit on the ground floor, it has a great "plantation feel" and it has a level entry with no stairs and easy access to parking.
This 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4, a king size bed is in the bedroom and a fold out queen size sofa in the living room.
It is tiled thru out. High ceiling and large sliding doors with plantation shutters leading onto the lanai give you a open air feeling, ceiling fans in bedroom, living room and bath vanity keep the unit cool along with the great trade winds that blow thru.
Our beautiful bathroom has a shower with glass door and is tiled floor to ceiling.
Everything you need is included in this unit, all bedding and linens are supplied and a fully equipped kitchen will make your stay feel like home. There are 2 gas Barbecues just steps away, that are cleaned daily!

A beautiful white sandy swimming beach awaits you and it is just a 2 minute walk down the path. The Beach Hut is where you get your beach chairs and towels; ALL COMPLIMENTARY and you can also rent water sport equipment or book excursions with them. There is also a surf school on site.
Poipu Beach Athletic Club and pool is just a short walk from our unit. There you have use the weight room, relax on your yoga mat or play a game of tennis or pickle ball, they will supply you with rackets and balls. This is included at N/C

Family vacation

We love Kiahuna Plantation! We loved that ours had a washer and dryer in the unit. So comfortable and close to both the beach and pool. The grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great one bedroom

My wife and I stayed for a week. It is a great unit, the kitchen has everything you need. Great beach a short walk on the property. Walking distance to restaurants.

Well appointed and clean. Bathroom update is very nice. Great location for almost anything in Poipu, but as far from the beach as you can be on this property (still just a short walk, though).

Great location on South Shore

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The grounds were lovely with a large area to walk around. Nice beach access and an easy walk to other beaches. Pool, restaurants and shopping just across the road within easy walking distance. The condo had everything we needed to cook and the washer and dryer was perfect too. The trade winds were nice to keep it cool and a safe area to keep everything open.

Perfect condo with a great location!

This was our 5th time to the island and the Kihuana Planatation. We absolutely loved the location of the property to the beach. It was a nice short, easy walk. The condo is nicely upgraded and very clean. All the comforts of home with a view that is absolutely priceless.

Cute Condo!

This condo was very cute and the perfect size for a couple. It had everything we needed, and we particularly were happy to find a beach umbrella stashed in the closet. Everything was working well, and check in/out was a breeze. But the location was definitely the stand out!!! SUCH a perfect location.

Our stay was so lovely! The condo was clean and nicely updated! The pictures didn't do it justice. The in-unit washer and dryer was so convenient. The location was just perfect! Walking distance to shops and athletic club. We will definitely stay here again...in this unit!

Paradise

My family loves escaping the rainy PNW to Kauai when we can. We had the best time playing at the beaches, watching the turtles every night at Poipu beach, and relaxing as a family. The unit was perfect and had great amenities, like a washer and dryer, beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, and a boogie board.

We’re well traveled

This is a BEAUTIFUL condo in an excellent location with a short drive to all to see/do/eat/shop. Beaches are plenty with monk seals and turtles 24/7. The condo itself is well appointed with many extras. It’s decorated like home, without air conditioning, which most people don’t mind & love the “cross winds”-others with allergies, may have some more symptoms than normal and leaves the dampness of linens a bit getting used to. The washer & dryer are a huge bonus and the facilities grounds are kept in immaculate condition!

Fabulous vacation at Kiahuna

Great location on a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed having access to the facilities at the athletic club. Lovely pool with a water slide. Last but not least, the Old Koloa Town is just a short drive away, with its food trucks. Judie was a wonderful host. She answered all of our questions right away. Derek

Wonderful Time at Kiahuna Plantation Resort!

Our family had a wonderful time at the resort and this unit. It is in the back row (furthest from the Ocean), but only takes about 2-3 minutes walk to get to the beach. We really loved the proximity to the athletic club, which was perfect for our smaller kids. The unit was clean and nicely updated, great plus to have a washer/dryer there! We also appreciated the two beach chairs and umbrella provided. Thanks for letting us stay in your unit - we can only recommend it!

Perfect!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. Perfect ground floor location so the kids could run out and play on the expansive lawn. Close to everything. So convenient having the drier in the unit. Kitchen had some tupperware and a few basics like salt/pepper. We had a really wonderful time and hope to come back.
