Only 400 metres from the beach of Marcus Beach, this spectacular 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home is ideal for the private beach side retreat for the family holiday. Sleeping up to 9 the house is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac with a 10 minute walk to the pristine beaches.

The property is split across 2 levels with the lower level with a full equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. The laundry with washer and dryer is also on the lower level. Upper level has 4 bedrooms, Main bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite, 2 bedroom has a double bed, 3rd bedroom has bunk bed, 4th bedroom has a double and a single.

All rooms have deducted air con and ceiling fan. Marcus Beach is completely immersed in nature. At the main beach entry point, you will find the Marcus Beach Interpretive Walk. Learn about the geographic and ecological features and high-conservation values of our fragile coastal dunes.

Marcus Beach is pet friendly so you can enjoy long walks with your pooch. Only 15 minute drive to Hastings Street, Noosa and the many restaurants, shops and bars it has to offer. If you prefer the more layback atmosphere than explore Peregian Beach Village. The local shops and businesses include boutiques that specialize in hip clothes for the whole family, unique gifts, latest fashions and cafes serving great coffee and delicious treats. You will build family holidays memories at this property!

All of our properties will include an amenities welcome pack to get you started for your holiday. Including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper and bathroom amenities. Additional supplies may then be purchased to replenish this throughout your stay.
